Cut the tape to the desired length and round the corners with scissors.(To ensure the anti slip tape has the best bonding to the surface, do not apply the anti-slip tape cross the gaps between tiles.)

3. PEEL AND STICK

Answer:	I definitely would recommend this tape,i have used it outside on tiled stairs,which when the garden is watered can get wet.The tape has stuck wonderfully and shows no signs of wearing even though the steps are continually in use.I do not think you would have any problems with this tape.(by the way i have 6 dogs)If your dog uses the ramp also then no problems .

Answer:	It's very sticky so I believe it would stick to it however, we found that if you apply these in warm or hot weather the glue gets a little thin and the strips slide around during application. If the aluminum gets hot I don't know if they'd stay in place especially on a ramp rather than flat stairs.

Answer:	Yes. They can be cut with regular scissors. Probably should not use high quality scissors because the material will dull them.

It has to do with how different sellers (even if shipped by Amazon with Prime) add information to the listing. For example, if I had a yellow and purple one to sell, I could add it and fill in the color info as "sun/dusk" and call the size "medium", which would create a "medium" size choice, and it would appear to be the only one available in medium (even though they're really all the same size). Answer:	I have used a similar product on my laptops for many years .... yes it improves the grip immensely and I can easily handle mine with one hand. Reduces the chance of a laptop falling out of your hand to zero.
Question:	how strong is glue
Answer:	It is relevant to the surface you are mounting but about as strong as 3M's double sided tape - though it is single sided
Question:	Is the grit something like sandpaper? For example, can you use it to light a match? Or is the grit another material
Answer:	The grit is sandpaper. It is something to the effect of 20 to 40 maybe 50 grit. You could definitely light a match on it. But it is not so abrasive that my wife won’t take her nightly bath sitting on it. When I first wrote the review the strips I created were new. Now it feels like it’s been a few weeks and they are still solidly attached to the bottom of the ball and claw bathtub. That is with a nightly soaking of a minimum of 30 minutes and for me a shower every morning. That finishes my testing I am impressed.
Question:	Can I use this for the bottoms of shoes
Answer:	You probably could use tis tape to increase traction on your shoes, but it may not be the best option. The flexibility of the shoe would be hard on the tape.

Answer:	No. The wrap bonds to itself via chemical bond and uses no glues or adhesive. It absorbs very little water and can be submerged in water permanently if need be. For best results, wrap in a clean and dry place first before submerging.
Question:	It's wintertime in the northeast. If I use a heat gun to warm up the underside of the strip, will this help in adhesion

Answer:	Yes, works very well. Before ordering make sure you order the correct size, it does not shrink as much as expected.

Answer:	Heat gun is best. A really hot hair dryer will work, but it can be slow. I don’t recommend a lighter.

"This product comes with a very good adhesive backing. I purchased this for my son's skateboard and had planned to use an adhesive promoter but opted out of that plan. It comes well stickied already. Since the surface of the skateboard has a raised grid design (for grip - complete joke) I decided to use a heat gun once I had applied the grip tape. This allowed me to transfer the raised grid pattern through the grip tape. If that doesn't make sense, no worries, This is a good product and I recommend it to anyone trying to get a grip on lift. 1. CLEAN THE SURFACE

Clean surface with wet cloth thoroughly. Allow the surface to dry completely. Ensure the surface is completely free from dust and grease.

2. MEASURE AND CUT*

Cut the tape to the desired length and round the corners with scissors.(To ensure the anti slip tape has the best bonding to the surface, do not apply the anti-slip tape cross the gaps between tiles.)

* Pre-cut anti-slip treads can skip this step.

3. PEEL AND STICK

Lay the anti-slip strip to the desire location. Lift one end of the strip and peel back the first 2 inches of the backing. Press the tape down as you go. Continue until you have applied the entire strip to the surface. (For stairs, position the tape 1/2 inch from the edge of the stair.)

3. PRESS FIRMLY

Roll over the tape with the application roller. Begin in the center of the strip and roll to one end, then return to the center and roll to the other end.
