Answer:	Measure the distance from the ground to the spot on your jeep where you would attach the jack if you needed to lift it to change a tire or what ever. Your jack will have to travel upwards from that point the distance of your suspension travel (call your dealer if you don't know). When your jack has lifted your tire off the ground, my rule of thumb is to have another two feet of left due to uneven terrain not to mention the stability of the jack. So to sum it all up you would add say 30 inches, ground to bumper, plus 10 inches of suspension travel, plus 24 inches for safety. This would require you to buy a jack as close to 64 inches as possible .

Answer:	I don't specifically know the weight rating, but they are a solid, hunk of Urethane. I would trust them to lift a semi. There is really nothing to fail. There is no jack that can lift enough to damage them. I did have to cut slots and slightly shape two of mine to go around the pinch welds on the factory jack points.

Answer:	they should. typically bottle jacks have much smaller contact surfaces than floor jacks so i would be careful that these pads are perfectly centered, but i see no reason they won't work with a bottle jack.

Answer:	If you know that it fits the footprint of the landing gear you can try it. Presumably the foot of the landing gear is spec’d to handle the down pressure of the rig. Also that won’t be 13,500 pounds but something a lot more manageable. If the jack pad fits the landing gear it’s going to significantly reduce the ground pressure, pounds per square inch, by increasing the square inches. The pad is made of HDPE with a grid structure and it would take a phenomenal effort to damage it.

Answer:	I have no idea but it is vey heavy duty. I don’t care where it is made. It does the job.
Question:	I just purchased this jack (the 48" model), and it will not go down easily. The lower pin is bent at almost a 45 degree angle. Is this normal

Answer:	It's the same as the hilift Jack I pretty sure the parts will cross over. That being said I wouldn't do it. That is alot of tension and alot of room for error. Be safe
Question:	Could I conceivably use this jack to lift a heavy garage door
Answer:	I bought this as a secondary for my hi-lift jack and it fits my Jackrabbit high lift jack mount wonderfully. Can't say for other accessories though.
