Question:	can this work upside down. I want to make a press with it
Answer:	I have a similar jack used as the power ram for a press. I mounted it right side up and let the ram push against the top bar of the press frame and let the body of the jack rest on the movable press part. If you search for "hydraulic press" and get pictures of the smaller "home shop" style presses, you can see many that are set up that way. Mine works really well. Keeps the cost down because you can use an inexpensive bottle jack like this one rather than a purpose built hydraulic ram made to work inverted.

Answer:	same problem here. 20 ton. returned one, and new replacement does the same thing. over 100lbs of pressure and still no lower. must stand on... which is effing hard when in a crawlspace.. hard to remove from area jacked up also, because wont lower.

Answer:	The jack is less then a foot high but it probably at least nine inches. I keep it in the back of my jeep and haven't measured it. If I get a chance I'll do it later and respond again.

Answer:	Neighbor ... sounds like you are a newbie. We were all that, once. The handle fits over the operating valve and piston action depends on whether it is open or not. Twist clockwise to close and pump .... the piston goes up. Twist counterclockwise to open and the piston retracts .... if, there is sufficient weight on it or it has a spring to retract the piston. The large screw in the top is manually adjusted out or in. Please remember that this unit isn't reliable enough for you to get under the car after you have lifted it. Jack stands are needed and you must be certain that the car cannot move. That means emergency brake set and wheel chocks are needed. Sorry if I got too specific or described things you already knew. Answer:	The jack fully closed, so the minimum to get it under the vehicle is 7.25". It will extend another 5" from there, but if you have space between car and jack you can lift an additional 2.25" by unthreading the top of the piston. Hope this helps.

Answer:	I'm sure it would lift the car if there is enough clearance to put the jack under it.

Answer:	I have the 12 ton model. The hydraulic ram extends a maximum of 8.5 inches. The screw extension lets you extend the reach about 7 inches but the lift is still 8.5 inches. The handle is very short. I had to make an 18 inch extension out of 3/4 inch electrical conduit so that I could get under my Sequoia to lift the axle to change a tire. Otherwise it works fine and I am satisfied with it.

Answer:	It lifts my 11,000 lbs Motorhome. Thats why I bought and use it for. Lift the rear easily. I keep it in motorhome in case we have tire blow out. But I have used it several time to rotate the tire on RV . So it will easily lift a S10 UP. You S10 is far from 12 tons.

Answer:	As advertised by the seller this jack should be capable of lifting 24,000 lbs. Check the manufacturers GVW of your trailer loaded and since as a rule you will only be lifting one side at a time my guess is that you will be safe to use this jack. Don't forget wheel chocks.

Answer:	I purchased the jack to jack up my utility trailer. Tractor Supply used to carry this jack, they no longer carry it., so I went on line & Found that Powerbuilt is the manufacturer.... Google them, & send them a note, about needing the jack arm.

Answer:	The ram-bore is 1-5/8", and the FOOT on top is 1-1/2" at the adjustable screw top.

Answer:	Good question, it may, only because the charger sits lower to the ground than, my '97 Jeep grand Cherokee Laredo, remember you should take in consideration of the tire size your Charger uses, does the tires lift the car higher off the ground, if not than it should fit

Answer:	Great question ... the top of the jack cylinder extends out and can be screwed out to make it taller. The jack worked very well for me.
