| Answer: | The magnet polarity is correctly oriented for humbuckers (or P90) but are not marked for polarity. The blue paint only identifies what type alnico it is (alnico II, III, IV etc. each have different color). You can use a compass needle (or your old magnets if they are marked) to figure out which side is North and mark it with a sharpie. |
