Answer:	I've used it on 14/2 with mixed results, stripping guide is pretty much worthless though. Sometimes smaller cuts seem to work best.

How wide is the gap between the bottom forks. Can it go over a 4 inch wood to brek up bigger pallets

Answer:

Just went and checked mine goes half way if it went any further it wouldn't fit in the pallet. there are welded rods to prevent them from going any farther. The reasoning behind the articulated feet it will lift the board straight up to the person that thinks fixed feet are better they crack more boards than they save but they are lighter. about the first board being removed on the video you would have to stand in front of the camera or have a second person stand on the pallet. try standing on the pallet and push the tool handle away from you . hope this helped. like any tool that requires a certain amount of fineness you just need to practice a bit .

Question:	What is length of part that swivels and lifts the Board up
Answer:	it depend on the wood. most of the time you can take it apart without breaking.
Question:	will this work on 4"x4" pallets? or just 2x
Answer:	I ordered this when the answer was 3.75" between the forks. I knew I would use it on pallets that were made with 4x4's. Unfortunately the gap on mine is less than 3.5" at the narrowest part. I see no reason why this wouldn't work for smaller pallets if standardized to also work on 4x4's. Now I have to grind the welds off and find a welder to re-weld it wider.

Answer:	I'm not sure about fence panels, but my brother in law loves the one that I bought him to help him break down pallets to make furniture. He has a very bad back and this tool does all of the work for him and keeps him from straining his back.
