Answer:	I put 3 inch casters on it. The important thing is to get a caster with a long stem. If memory serves me well I believe it needs to be 1 1/2" long. All the casters in the 2 to 3 inch range have the same stem size. I got mine from tractor supply. I got the ones that were rubber not hard plastic. It makes it alot quieter.

Answer:	These are typically used in applications where they are gently pressed into a wheel hub and then that wheel is held on the axle with an E clip or snap ring. So they don’t see much of an axial load. If you are putting these on a shaft that gets tightened with a nut, I would tighten up the nut and continue spinning the bearing and only tighten until you feel a slight drag. Or you could put a spacer into between the 2 bearings, assuming what you are installing these in will have a bearing on each side, and the spacer would prevent you from putting too much force on them regardless of how tight to you tighten the nut.

Answer:	Both sides have the same pseudo-nut with a cotter pin through it. I didn't disassemble my hand truck to look at it more carefully. I suggest you take off the remaining nut and cotter pin and take it to a hardware store to get a replacement. They should have something that fits, and you'll have this working again quickly. I'm not sure I understand how you managed to knock the cotter pin out and lose the nut under normal use, though. Last suggestion: contact the manufacturer who might be willing to provide a replacement. I would start with your local store first, taking in the remaining pin and possibly the axle.

Answer:	The pin needs to be opened a little bit first by inserting a screw diver in between and prying the pin apart. Then use pointed pliers and pinch the pin together and insert it into the hole of the steel rod (axel). Once in, split the pin open and bend it backwards to prevent the wheel from coming off.

Answer:	Works with Project Cars on PS4 and assume other newer games as well, just waiting for GT7/Sport to come out. Tried it on Gran Turismo 6 on PS3 and doesn't work, need a sequential shifter like the paddles for that. The only thing that got me was the reverse gear, push shifter in like a joystick button and slide into 6th gear slot, symbol on the knob is just for looks.

Question:	Can this move a 800lb gun safe
Answer:	Check with the safe manufacturer and see what the weight really is; my 12-gun safe is only 375 pounds, and I'm surprised it was that "light".
Question:	Some say the wheel diameter is 4 1/2", others, 6"? Anyone measures the actual size? Anyone has replaced wheels with the rubber units
Answer:	I just went out and measured the wheels. They are 6 inches in diameter.
Question:	Can you move a refrigerator with this
Answer:	Yes, It is designed to move refrigerators and other appliances. I just moved a refrigerator as well a washer and dryer with the truck.
Question:	Mine just arrived, it was fully assembled, but did not included any kind of instruction manual etc. How do you secure the straps around an appliance
Answer:	Move the dolly into postition against the object you are moving. Bring the long strap around the object and pass the strap end through both steel rings of the shorter strap. Now bring the end of the long strap back between the rings and pull in the direction of the object until the strap is snug. Make certain the tongue of the dolly is fully under the object and align the fixed ends of the straps on the squiggly bar so they are on adjacent valleys and the straps are centered to the load you are moving. Make certain the handle in the center of the dolly is turned to the right and the strap is as tight as you can make it. Now pull the handle to the left to tighten the strap really securely, this will take some effort but will make the dolly and the moveable piece one. You are now ready to move the object.
