Question:	Does this come fully assembled? No, no it does not
Answer:	Depending on the dimensions. I used it on my Dell portable washer. I found I had to cut the metal poles down to size so my washer fit snug in it. If I didn't it would rock if off balance. The poles are a wonderful size. You have plenty of room to play with. So I believe it will. It is adjustable.

Answer:	While it is a "smidge" bigger, it does fit the 1.5-cu ft portable washer pretty spot on.

Answer:	I use it to carry two 24 lb batteries to/from my boat, total weight 48 pounds, and it holds up just fine. It is certainly sturdier than many other luggage hand carts I have used. I did add some non-slip tape on the base plate since it was slippery plastic. I also replaced the bungee cord with 1" tie down strap. Bungee cords stretch too much with heavy loads. It folds up easily for storage. I give it a 5-star fit for purpose and a good value.

Answer:	No. The pages are already attached and it’s very nice but unfortunately you can not add pages or additional sheets to hold cards. When I purchased this book I was upsold on the matching recipe cards and although I use them and they are cute they don’t work with this cookbook.
