Question:	What size nut do i need for the wheel? the one i had came loose and i lost it? thank you
Answer:	Both sides have the same pseudo-nut with a cotter pin through it. I didn't disassemble my hand truck to look at it more carefully. I suggest you take off the remaining nut and cotter pin and take it to a hardware store to get a replacement. They should have something that fits, and you'll have this working again quickly. I'm not sure I understand how you managed to knock the cotter pin out and lose the nut under normal use, though. Last suggestion: contact the manufacturer who might be willing to provide a replacement. I would start with your local store first, taking in the remaining pin and possibly the axle.

Answer:	Our tires we t flat so we filled them with Green 'Slime'. Slime is a great product. Tires have held air since then.

Answer:	it's 30" between the base and vertical handle - in platform position.
Question:	get the pins to stay on the wheels. I am not sure how to open the pin where it will be secured to prevent the wheel from coming off. Thank you
Answer:	The pin needs to be opened a little bit first by inserting a screw diver in between and prying the pin apart. Then use pointed pliers and pinch the pin together and insert it into the hole of the steel rod (axel). Once in, split the pin open and bend it backwards to prevent the wheel from coming off.

Answer:	Depending on the dimensions. I used it on my Dell portable washer. I found I had to cut the metal poles down to size so my washer fit snug in it. If I didn't it would rock if off balance. The poles are a wonderful size. You have plenty of room to play with. So I believe it will. It is adjustable.

Answer:	While it is a "smidge" bigger, it does fit the 1.5-cu ft portable washer pretty spot on.

Answer:	When you say 7 stairs, do you mean 7 steps? I have found that it does not work well when navigating stairwells. I would think an appliance dolly woudl work better in this case.
Question:	I work for a delivery company that does a lot of flat screen TVs, usually up stairs. How well does this work on moving narrow items
Answer:	Not so hot, unless you have very wide stairs and move them up sideways. Basically its a roughly 3-inch wide strap that attaches to a shoulder harness, so you carry the weight down through your torso and legs (big muscles) rather than just your arms, which are used to help guide the object. Problem with narrow objects like flat screen TVs (even in their original boxes) is that the strap can slip sideways a couple inches as you're negotiating stairs or turns. Not a big deal when the object is 2 feet wide, like a washing machine, but could be a real problem with long narrow boxes.

Question:	Can this be used by one person only? or is this a system for two people
Answer:	Two people only. You could lift something by the clips with one, but not with the belt.
Question:	What is the weight capacity of this system? Couldn't hold over 1200 pounds
Answer:	The rating on the system itself says 3500 Lbs. Keep in mind that the two people that are picking up the object would have to be able to carry that much weight. Personally, we used this system to move about 4 months ago and it worked great. We were able to move all of furniture easily and quickly. The heaviest object that we picked up was a steel/concrete cabinet that was like a secure vault. It probably weighed close to 800-1000 lbs. That was difficult to lift just because of the weight on my shoulders but not because the system couldn't handle it. Also we were able to lift all of our dressers and chests without any issue. The length of the straps were long enough to span the whole length of the dressers which made it much easier. Overall this system really helped us in our move. We didn't use it for everything but all the large and heavy pieces we used it and it worked great. Any time I do a move from now on I will be bringing this system with me.
Question:	Do items wabble when carrying because there is only one strap
Answer:	When picking an item you need both hands straight as possible. Although when going upstairs the top person maybe only be able to use one hand so that person is basically just helping distribute the weight while the bottom person holds the item balanced. I use these every day moving appliances. With me and another person I can do about 500-600 of the split weight.

Answer:	It should work nicely. I think the weight rating is at least a 1000 lbs. Just don't drop the sea doo on it!

Answer:	I took mine back because there was no raised rubber cushioned area on the ends, it only had a piece of plastic. the casters were not of the best quality. If you can ever get a hold of a U-Haul type hand truck, it will be your last.

Answer:	It is 5 and 1/2 inches from the floor to the top surface. If you need this measurement in cm, then divide by 2.54.

Answer:	I put 3 inch casters on it. The important thing is to get a caster with a long stem. If memory serves me well I believe it needs to be 1 1/2" long. All the casters in the 2 to 3 inch range have the same stem size. I got mine from tractor supply. I got the ones that were rubber not hard plastic. It makes it alot quieter.
