Question:	What size nut do i need for the wheel? the one i had came loose and i lost it? thank you
Answer:	Both sides have the same pseudo-nut with a cotter pin through it. I didn't disassemble my hand truck to look at it more carefully. I suggest you take off the remaining nut and cotter pin and take it to a hardware store to get a replacement. They should have something that fits, and you'll have this working again quickly. I'm not sure I understand how you managed to knock the cotter pin out and lose the nut under normal use, though. Last suggestion: contact the manufacturer who might be willing to provide a replacement. I would start with your local store first, taking in the remaining pin and possibly the axle.

Answer:	Our tires we t flat so we filled them with Green 'Slime'. Slime is a great product. Tires have held air since then.

Answer:	it's 30" between the base and vertical handle - in platform position.

Answer:	The pin needs to be opened a little bit first by inserting a screw diver in between and prying the pin apart. Then use pointed pliers and pinch the pin together and insert it into the hole of the steel rod (axel). Once in, split the pin open and bend it backwards to prevent the wheel from coming off.

Answer:	I don't know about a Corolla, but it fits just fine in a Camry's trunk. I'd expect it to fit just fine in a Corolla's or any other car's trunk. It folds up and doesn't take up much room. I currently have it in the back seat of my car, but did have it in my trunk along with a bunch of cardboard boxes.

Answer:	When you say 7 stairs, do you mean 7 steps? I have found that it does not work well when navigating stairwells. I would think an appliance dolly woudl work better in this case.
Question:	I work for a delivery company that does a lot of flat screen TVs, usually up stairs. How well does this work on moving narrow items
Answer:	Not so hot, unless you have very wide stairs and move them up sideways. Basically its a roughly 3-inch wide strap that attaches to a shoulder harness, so you carry the weight down through your torso and legs (big muscles) rather than just your arms, which are used to help guide the object. Problem with narrow objects like flat screen TVs (even in their original boxes) is that the strap can slip sideways a couple inches as you're negotiating stairs or turns. Not a big deal when the object is 2 feet wide, like a washing machine, but could be a real problem with long narrow boxes.

Answer:	I think so. This dolly is expandable. I have it set at it's smallest size which is about 18.5 inches. You can adjust it so that the width is one size and the depth is another. I hope this info helps you.
Question:	Can the corner pieces support weight if a smaller object is placed on them inside the metal frame
Answer:	The smallest size which can be used with our product is about 18.5*18.5 inches. The cubes are only for connection, while the actual stress points are four corners.
Question:	Can you keep your portable washer on the dolly while using
Answer:	Yes that is how I have it. I roll it to the sink and use it while its on the dolly once I am done doing laundry I roll it back to it place.
Question:	Is this dolly sturdy enough to permanently leave a regular dryer sitting on for regular cleaning
Answer:	It is sturdy enough but the viberation may cause the screws to loosen because it did on mine... I only had a small apartment dryer on mine

Answer:	There are no religious symbols on the bottom, just a logo with a stylized "TS" for TruStack. There is also a poetry quote from Psalms regarding chariots as the manufacturer is named Chariot Concepts.
Question:	Can I buy replacement swivel casters
Answer:	If you are considering replacing the Rigid casters with Swivels, you will lose the directional stability of the EZ Steer design feature, but the mounts for the Rigid casters will accept the Swivels without any problem. The TruStack Tire Dolly should have information molded into the top face to contact the manufacturer if you want matching casters. They have always been quick to respond.
Question:	Can this be used for a 65 gallon pot/planter
Answer:	Given that 65 gallons of pure water is less than 600 pounds and accounting for soil, dimensions of the planter is your only concern. It would have to be less than the diameter of the dolly, or you’d have to position the dolly directly under the center of gravity if the planter is wider than the dolly.

Answer:	Those wheels are heavy duty...seems like if you want to replace them buy the wheels and find a piece of wood the size you need and be done with it.

Answer:	The bottom of the dolly platform is 3.5 inches from the ground.
Question:	Is this waterproof; thinking of using it for my tomato plants
Answer:	The top surface is waterproof, but the handle cutout is exposed fiberwood, so that area would swell if water got on it
Question:	Do the wheels dig thru hardwood floors
Answer:	I have these under my washer and dryer on wood laminate floor. Since I never move these appliances, I really could not say if it leaves ant kind of mark on floor. I do REALLY like these because It raises them off the so that I can get a swifter mop under them to clean floor. Added bonus is that they are easy to move, if I need to.

Question:	Can this help me move patio furniture off my dock
Answer:	these things work very well for me, but if your dock has spaces between the deck boards you would probably want to buy some cheap 1/4" lauan plywood and cut it into strips that will smooth the journey over the bumpy dock and can be leapfrogged when needed to make the whole trip easier. If the dock was three feet wide, rip a sheet of 4X8 ply into two 2' strips. that's what I'd do.
Question:	How smoothly, easily & fast are the wheels able to move & spin around with only a little weight -less than 15lbs [on flat comercial grade carpet]
Answer:	I would assume that you would be ok, I did buy these for my TV console, that was holding several hundred pounds of weight of various TV and stereo equipment, plus the carpet was thick, I ended removing them and installed normal heavy duty pivoting wheel casters. The weight I had placed on them actually was causing them to buckle and bend under the weight, but over all, the wheels are small and the gauge of metal wasn't design for the weight that I had place on these dollies. They are very nicely constructed, and the wheels did spin smoothly. but not for couple hundred pounds of weight.
Question:	How deep is the well. I was thinking of using 4 to move my apartment sized washing machine by putting the washer's legs into the well
Answer:	The well is about one inch deep. However, the tops also can support corners. For example I have used to move a cabinet without legs and works fine. Just catch the corners at the right angles. FYI if you have a harbour freight near you can see a similar item. Should work.
Question:	Anyone know the diameter of the inside circle, my pool table has a 5" round foot. Will this fit inside the middle
Answer:	The inner ring is 2.75 inches. The tabs above the ring have small pads at 5 inches. A work around is to put a small piece of a large dowel on the bottom of the leg or a caster and then will work.
