Unlike rollers which operate only in a straight line, these 360 universal transfer bearings are particularly suited for curved work created on band saws and router tables as well as straight cutting on bench saws and miter saws . Featuring two screw holes in each bearing surround for solid attachment to the worktable or workbench. With a load bearing of 55Lbs each, they are supplied in a set of six.

Answer:	I would be extremely leery putting rollers on a foot stool! It would be okay on carpets but THERE WILL BE a time when the stool is placed on a non-carpet surface, causing a serious injury!

Answer:	I have never seen castor wheels that are this small. For a chair or for a dolly these would be inappropriate because they are small enough to get stuck in even a small imperfection in the floor surface. My use was for the underside of a panel on which a large tool chest was positioned - the purpose being to allow pulling the chest forward about 10-15 inches to access a compartment on the top. Do not seem appropriate for use in place of a regular castor with wheels of 1/2" diam or larger.

Answer:	I'm not sure what you're calling the "receiver"? The metal piece that the wheel/ball clips into (bushing) should stay in when you remove the ball/wheel

Answer:	Hi, each caster loads up to 110 pounds, if you installed 4 of them on your couch, they could load max 330 pounds.

Answer:	Been a year, maybe 11/32, drill sample hole in scrap piece, see if insert presses in snug. Don’t oversized it. If you haven’t purchased yet recommend different brand, bearings fell out after 10 months of use.

Answer:	These are not made of rubber. They seem to be made of a harder, better material. These casters are very similar & look like old casters from furniture made a few decades ago. They are well made, can handle a lot but if you don't sand out the small line that runs thru the center of them, they will eventually start to leave marks on your flooring. I would suggest you either use a higher grit sandpaper (220 or higher) to sand down the line and\or use these casters on top of a protective layer: maybe carpet or chair mat?

Question:	How easy does the caster ball spin on it's axle? Can you lube the axle hole
Answer:	What an interesting question! Since I not familiar with any spin easiness scale it is actually hard to answer. So for starts, they spin a heck of easier/better than the damages casters they replace. But the casters I received don't spin with frictionless fteedom. If you are looking for an ice like glide, I think you will be disappointed. As far a lubing them, sure, I suppose but as another answer noted, I'd be concerned about any excess damaging the carpet or floor.

Answer:	I have used it with ball facing down as roller works fine. But it’s so small I think you cannot have a very heavy item on it as the balls will lock up and not roll.

Question:	Can this be used same as a caster under light furniture or storage baskets - some of them can not
Answer:	The ball flange is 2” in diameter so the furniture feet needs to be 2”x2” square or 2” in diameter to stay hidden. Also, when installing, you must have a circular depression above and into the leg (or basket) to accommodate the dome above the bearing. Lastly, we’re talking a steel ball and you talking indentation in a wooden or linoleum floor. So it could work if you can accommodate the possible issues.

Question:	What is the installed height of the caster
Answer:	3.5", about 1.25" higher than the standard plastic casters that many chairs come with.
Question:	Do they work on vinyl plank floors. is your floor floating or glued down? got split rubber casters and they lifted the corners on my floating vinyl
Answer:	These will roll on anything, carpet, wood flooring, vinyl and i am pretty sure for a floating floor too they are awesome i will say that about 1000% better that the wheels that come with an office chair.
Question:	Will these be suitable for carpet without needing a mat
Answer:	The wheel has a larger diameter than what standard office chair wheels, so they will roll just fine over carpet. What I do not know is how they will grab when the wheel arm rotates in its off-set. The wheel might grab and pull the carpet. They are marketed specifically for hard floors and that is why I bought them, so unless someone can answer that has specific experience with them I would stick to the standard office chair wheel.
Question:	Do these come with the metal inserts that connect them to the chair
Answer:	They require a chair with a holder for the diameter and length specified. There are many sizes. Remove one of the existing casters and get casters with the same stem dimensions.

Question:	How much do they raise the furniture? The dimension image doesn't make sense- it shows the diameter of the wheel and height to the bracket as 50mm
Answer:	They raise the piece of furniture about 1 1/2 inches.
Question:	Can the middle round part be unscrewed in order to detach the plate? I would then use a screw from the bottom through that hole and into my furniture
Answer:	Absolutely not. That’s part of the ball bearings to make the caster swivel. You can use wood screws directly to the furniture through the plate or you could use machine screws with nuts and lock washers.
Question:	I am putting them on a wing back chair. I weigh less than 200 lbs. can I use these
Answer:	1.5 inch caster has a rating of 44 lbs. per caster 2 inch caster has a 66 lb. rating per caster
Question:	Safe for wood floors? States, “safe for low pile carpet or other non-sensitive flooring.” Wood floors are sensitive...aren’t they
Answer:	I would not use these on wood floors, I had something similar on my wood floor, and it caused dents in the floor--I think because I had a matte finish poly on the floors, if you have a harder finish, they might not dent it, but I would not depend on it. I am buying for on carpet.
