If your silverware has tarnish, then you'll have to use an ultrasonic silver tarnish remover as a solution. Question:	Is it easy to use
Answer:	It is very easy to use. However I experienced the same problem as a lot of others. I quit working just after the warranty expired. Seems like it'a a hit or miss proposition.
Question:	Does it come with a basket
Answer:	Yes, But for smaller parts, you would need a small container to hold them in the basket. The openings on the mesh basket are about 7/16" square.
Question:	I have the digital version with a four digit display, is this really expected to get up to 8000 deg C? Also, the heating light doesn't turn on
Answer:	The 4 digit temp display is broken down to 1st 2 digits are for your desired temp setting, and the 2nd 2 digits reflect the actual temp. The 2 digits on the right will start low and eventually rise to your set temp. Hope this helps. The maximum setting is 80 degrees celsius.
