Answer:	This is the SIMPLEST way to get a diamond sharp / mirror like shine onto your laminate or other floors! Pour puddles of the product. Take a straight mop pad, NOT a sponge or stringy mop. Answer:	I have a polished concrete floor in my garage, so I simply clean with a dust mop; or clean the floor with just water and a damp floor mop. Then I apply the gloss to the floor undiluted. The finish looks great and holds up to foot traffic. I apply twice a year. In between, I use a burnisher to revive the gloss. Spray the floor with a hand held water bottle while you burnish.

Answer:	Great question, we would not recommend using this product for this type of application if the original finish is matte. If possible, we would recommend reaching out the manufacturer of the door handles for a cleaning suggestion.

Answer:	I think that Brasso works better but it is very difficult to use in that you really have to put a lot o effort to get a good shine. That is why I use Weiman Brass because it is so much easier to use. I bought one case after I used two bottles. Hope this helps.

Answer:	The polish has always worked well for me - can no longer get it in the local stores - glad to find it on Amazon. It's fairly thick - a dab on a cloth is all I need per fixture.
Question:	Will this remove water spots from antique brass hardware
Answer:	It has a mild ammonia smell like most brass cleaners but I don't find it to be as bad as Brasso. It does contain ammonia, I don't see other ingredients on label. I always crack my windows and turn on ceiling fan when I polish my brass bed and don't find it offensive but I don't have breathing issues. It cleans so fast and easy. A milder less odorous product "the Hope company" brass cleaner. I originally liked it but it is too hard to work with for large pieces like a bed. So if you have a smaller piece like candlesticks etc, I would suggest you use that. It has no odor.
Question:	Is it safe to clean dinner brass plates with this spray
Answer:	Yes I have. I use a polishing cloth. Please keep in Mind that it has to brass for it to work. There is a lot of fake brass covered with a plastic coating clear coat, it doesn’t work on those.

Answer:	All I can say is wow. I am restoring several old light fixtures (100 years old and never cleaned). I thought at first that it wasn't working on my what I thought were brass fixtures. They were just so horribly dirty and tarnished that I wasn't sure what I would find! First they turned black, then silver colored, then copper colored, and then finally brass! They were still dull, but polished right up with some Brasso (guess I could've used Flitz polish) and a buffing pad on my Dremel, without literally hours of scrubbing. I let some of the longer chains soak for a bit. Wish I could post a picture because it really is a miracle tarnish remover. Still need to polish, but this stuff worked great at cutting through the tarnish. There was one fixture that I gave up on when I thought the Flitz was too strong and ruining it and painted it. Now that I know better, I'm going to take the paint off and return it to its original luster. Just ordered two more bottles!

Answer:	The brass i polished had black on it but not green and it removed the black. If there is green thats patina...patina is a good thing and i wouldnt want to remove it.

Answer:	All I can tell you is that I used it on tarnished brass outlet coverplates and believe me when I tell you they came out looking brand new and shiny. I love this stuff! What a difference between the "before" and "after". And I didn't find the smell bad like some people are saying.

Answer:	I can not see any reason it could not be used to brighten up copper jewelry, it takes hardly any rubbing at all. I have used it everyday since 1950 on all my wedding copper bottom pans, they look like new.

Question:	Can this be used for brass
Answer:	Here's how I have done it for years. Scrub in short strokes with kitchen cleanser until clean, then dry, then rub on a light coat of vegetable oil and wipe with paper towel. Be very careful near the edge. Grip the knife handle and place the blade flat against the counter surface and carefully scrub the blade with Comet, Ajax or similar kitchen cleanser and a splash of water. A wine cork or a metal scrubbie is useful for this. Keep your fingertips away from the cutting edge of the knife.

Answer:	I can only tell you that I use Twinkle cleaner in all my brass and copper items and cookware. It is a paste so it may take some elbow grease to rub it in and clean it. And water to wash it off. If u think you can do this given the location of the chandeliers, then give it a try. It should not hurt the crystals.

I have both hammered, smooth, and decorated brass.

Answer:	Yes, it works on all levels of tarnish, but as jwintle mentioned, it might take more than one session of polishing. What I have done for heavy tarnish is to apply the cream and let it sit awhile; then rinse. Always dry immediately to avoid spots on your item.

Answer:	Can't address the Moscow Mule Mugs issue. I do use it on copper cookware, and on a round solid copper mixing bowl. When the polish dries, it is easy to see to buff off. If you miss a spot, you notice and go back and buff it off. Doubt I've ingested much, but if so, I haven't died yet. I love the product because it is gentle on the copper, is not abrasive, has no offensive chemical smell, does not harm my tender skin (though I do wear rubber gloves while applying the polish, I remove them for the buffing portion of the chore). And, something they don't tell you: the copper polish is effective on stainless steel cookware as will. I like the Wright's silver polish as well.
Question:	What are the chemicals impregnated in this cloth
Answer:	Dirty business here. The shipping weight can be 2.4 ounces. You have to look at volume. It makes you feel that you have 8 oz in weight. Not the case. That is why many have complained that the container is only 1/3 full when they receive this product. The air has settled out. Quite misleading in advertisement but done all the time I'm sure.
