Answer:	It melted every kind of pouch I tried.
Question:	How hot does this get
Answer:	HOT. I didn't put my thermometer in it. Hot enough to melt polypropylene and most plastics though so no use for me, the ad was misleading and indicated you could use water with this --you CANNOT use water with it, you'll probably start a fire. IMO if you have a stainless steel pot with a lid you can put in the oven, you don't need this. I sent it back. I guess it's good for a barber or nail shops where space is limited and it's convenient and you're dealing with metal items. No doubt it'll work for metal items, short of autoclave it's probably best. But I think a UV box would work better for items that cant' take heat. Also, some instant pots operate at 15psi and can superheat water to 250deg for 15min.--same as an autoclave, so if you have one of those you're probably better off as you'd need a $2000+ autoclave to compete with it. Also the steam isn't the same as dry heat so you can sterilize some plastics that way too. Beware 15psi is at the limit of their operational capacity, make sure the safety valve WORKS. Another option is microwaves, 2 minutes at 600W I think will sterilize (there are caveats and need to knows on all of these options). Worth reading up on, don't take my word for it. If I didn't have an instant pot and needed a cheap sterilizer, I'd get one of the pressure cooker types on here maybe, read the reviews because apparently they ain't all the same. But depending on how much you use it and your needs, an instant pot may serve you better in the long run.
Question:	Can I sterilize glass pipes
Answer:	The directions say you can sterilize glass but you need to allow it to cool down completely before removing them from the sterilizer so it doesn't break.
Question:	Is this medical grade
Answer:	I have my doubts. There is no paperwork with it. I looked on CDC website about sterilization and it seemed that the unit does meet standards for sterilizing. However, there is no official documentation that it is medical grade.

Operation Steps:

Step 1: pour the 800ml distilled water into the chamber.

Step 2: load items on the trays.

Step 3: Close the door and insert the bolt. 

Step 4: Close the discharge switch. 

Step 5: Select the temperature you need to disinfect. (121℃ or 134℃) 

Step 6: Turns on the POWER switch. (starts to work disinfect)

Answer:	It’s just long enough for the pax with the flush mouthpiece, but the raised mouthpiece will not fit. And the case is a little big, the pax can move around some, but for the most part I’ve been very happy with it the case , it really is smell proof !
