Answer:	Mine has leaked yes. It will leak slightly with the mouth/straw attachment on when held upside down. It will also leak if you undergo a pressure change. I was on an airplane flight and it leaked quite badly. I remedied this by flipping the straw to the open position so the pressure differential didn't cause an issue during flight. Overall I love this bottle I would recommend it over any other option!

Answer:	I would say mostly "yes", but it also depends on the particular car cup holder. The mug is only 2.5 inches wide at the base and 10 inches tall.

Answer:	YES - IT IS DISHWASHER SAFE, IF YOU USE A LITTLE COMMON SENSE. This vacuum bottle is warranted to take 190°F for 1 hour. Obviously, it will take the hot water of a dishwasher. What the manufacturer is clearly telling you in the instructions (without spelling it out) is that it won't take the very high heat of the heating coil in the bottom of a dishwasher. Daaah! Furthermore, for those people with poor reading comprehension, here is exactly what the instructions say, "To protect the paint, print or stickers on the outside of the Main Body: Do not use a dishwasher or dish-dryer. Again, it is the extreme heat of the heating coil in the bottom of your dishwasher that would be a problem. The obvious solution is that you only put it in the top rack - just like you would tupperware or any other 'dish' that could be damaged with extreme heat. Yes, the manufacturer is avoiding saying that you can put it in a dishwasher because they want to avoid the liability of ignorant knuckleheads who would put it right over the heating coil in the bottom of the dishwasher. How hard is that to figure out when they warranty this product to take 190°F.???? And, no the paint probably won't take the 200 to 300°F that you will find right above the heating coil. "If that hurts, don't do that." :-) A little common sense goes a long way. If you have any doubts - go to the third instance where the same question is asked and you will find an answer by MommyThree who claims to have put it in her dishwasher for 4 years! And, NO the instruction do NOT say it is not dishwasher safe. They simply prefer you hand wash it - rather than deal with the liability of ignorant people who would put it right over the heating coil. I mean, seriously, how hard is that to figure out?

If you're doing g-force testing or traveling to the international space station, you may have some issues with the design of the lock or lid. If you're just tossing it in a bag or on the passenger seat of your Camry, you'll be fine.

Answer:	The easiest way to clean carafes and go cups is to buy the blue liquid cleaner (Umex is one of the brands sold on Amazon). It's readily available and more economical from a restaurant supply Co. Squirt a little in the container, add a little water, put the lid on and swish it around. Pour it out though the lid to clean that too then rinse well. Works amazing well.
Question:	Where is this made? China
Answer:	There are no holes in them so technically, yes, they could hold liquid. However, the tea set is made from from wood and long term use with liquid would probably damage them. Also the cups are very small so they wouldn't hold much anyway, plus the spout on the teapot is solid so you cannot pour from it.

Answer:	It comes apart some and the gaskets come off. But I've never completely took it apart. Had to take it apart to clean the hot chocolate out of it. It does come with directions to take it apart.

Answer:	I would counter that the lid is almost too difficult to get off. The screw cap should have a textured finish. If your hands are wet, you would not be able to get the lid off. Great thermos though.
Question:	Where is it manufactured
Answer:	I bought two--a black tumbler and a silver one--and both leaked badly from the start, which caused me no shortage of problems. I ended up purchasing a Contigo Autoseal Transit mug to take with me, and it prevents spills better than anything I've owned. That said, I hate it. While the Contigo is utterly spill-proof, it's a pain to drink out of and it doesn't keep the coffee warm for anywhere near as long as the Thermos due to very thin metal with no vacuum where the top of the cup meets the lid. As a result, the metal conducts the heat right out of the coffee and into the air (or your thumb if you're not careful). The Thermos, on the other hand, while it's been a disaster for me in terms of spills, keeeps coffee warm for around 6 hours and is still my favorite tumbler to drink from. I have no idea why something with a leaky lid would retain heat so well, but it does.
