| Answer: | my first one was stolen, it's basically a tin can base, so not easily bolted down. I put 1/8" steel aircraft cable around the neck, tight and clamped with cable clamp, made an eye on the opposite end with another cable clamp and tapcon bolted to concrete wall, the can can be moved in approx. 2' circle and can still be emptied easily. cable is not visible unless You look closely, has worked out fine for the last year or so.
