Answer:	Actually it really depends on the upholstery. You can always test it on a hidden spot. A tweed fabric should be ok (blot only no scrubbing) but microfiber can leave a water spot if you don’t rub. Hope that helps a little... test it before you do anything.

Answer:	I have had dubious luck with using it for old drink stains. Using it in combination with "standard carpet cleaning techniques" (moisten carpet, saturate with detergent, use brush/towel over affected area, rinse, dry) has yielded progress but not perfectly. Using with a carpet cleaner does work better...

Answer:	I really don't know. I would try it and if not, use nail polish remover.

You can use an old school remedy as well which is Coca Cola, but do not use hot water which will cause the oil to spread faster, plus you may need to replace the carpet padding underneath to get rid of the smell quicker and the oil quit a bit harder to get out of it..

Answer:	I would think that bleach would not be a stain but the removal of color.

Answer:	I have tried to use this on ink and it helps, but doesn't completely get it out. I would highly recommend good old hair spray! Hair spray has been a go-to for any kind of ink stain. Try it on a small area first. The hairspray will help break down the ink and then you can use something else to remove it. Good luck!

Answer:	Firstly, use a fine black light UV flashlight to find the carpets stain. I would recommend a great black light FLASHLIGHT Asin: B07BC8L581, it is a real 365nm black light with black filter lens, you are sure to see it.

Answer:	It has worked well for me. It reduces the smell pretty well. I typically wash first, then a second time with a cup of the solution. It also works well if you wet the garnet then apply the solution. I don't apply to dry fabric. It removes most of the smell but not all. Uruines ruins stretchy fabric like bathing suites. If that's your application, then it's already too late. You can fix the smell, but not the destruction. That's the urine doing the damage, not the Clorox.

HARDWOOD & LAMINATE

Our product is safe to use on most hardwood and laminate floors. Just be sure to test in a small inconspicuous area first and don't leave any standing liquid on the wood. Too much liquid in some wood types can lead to swelling.

LAUNDRY

Need to wash something with a gross stain? Pre-spray the soiled area and allow to soak for ten minutes before putting in the wash as usual. You can also use 1-2 cups of Stain & Odor Eliminator in a pre-soak cycle to help eliminate gross stains and smells. Then wash as usual.

DIRECTIONS FOR SURFACE STAINS

Pre-test for colorfastness on a hidden area. if color appears on cloth, discontinue use. Remove as much of the stain or pet urine as possible using a highly absorbent towel.

1. Apply a liberal amount of Rocco & Roxie Stain & Odor Eliminator to the affected area.

2. Let stand 30-60 minutes, then blot with a cloth and let air dry.

STEP 1: SOAK THE STAIN

Use enough product to thoroughly penetrate both the carpet and underlying pad (or upholstery and underlying cushion). The best practice is to try and soak the problem area with an amount Stain & Odor Eliminator equal to the urine. This allows the product to penetrate deep into the carpet and come in full contact with the urine.

STEP 2: LET IT SIT

One hour is the minimum recommended time for existing stains and/or severe odor problems. The longer the treated area can soak, the better. In some circumstances it might be beneficial to allow the affected area to soak overnight.

STEP 3: COVER WITH TOWEL AND WEIGHT

Fold a towel and place it over the treated area with a weighted object on top to wick the residual liquid out of the affected area.

STEP 4: VACUUM & INSPECT

Once dried, vacuum and inspect the treated area. Stain and odor should be gone. If not, repeat procedure. Older stains or persistent odor problems may require more than one treatment.
