Question: Where is the s9018 transistor mentioned in title ? that was the only rf transistor and it is mentioned in title but missing in box? misrepresentation
Answer: My kit does not have the S9018 transistor either. That part does not appear in the screenshot on Amazons website. It is probably a typo that needs fixed

Answer: Well, there are different kinds of transistors. Some are NPN and some are PNP. Some part numbers from the package: 2N2222, C949, BC550, etc.
Question: Every datasheet that i have read for the s9013 transistor shows it as an npn transistor, who does the box chart show it as a pnp transistor
Answer: Looks like a typo. I was going to plug one into my transistor tester to verify, but my wife cleaned my work area. Now they are "put away" and I may never see them again. Sorry. Thanks for pointing out this typo so if I ever do find my transistors again, I will be able to change PNP to NPN for the s9013 on the label.
Question: Have the issues with 2N2222 been resolved
Answer: I can't believe I wasted 5 hours on this exact same problem..... I bought this over a year ago, so who knows if they are fixed. However the 2N2222 inside this kit are not what they are supposed to be. Their behavior is very weird. 2N3904 operate correctly.
