Answer:	These are primarily screwed into a female pipe threaded fitting, using Teflon tape or pipe-dope. I used these for "pump to hose" on a 25 gal. Ag sprayer. Again, tapered pipe thread, not s.a.e.

Question:	What is the max temperture for 3/4 npt x 1/2 barb? One place shows 200 degree max and in another shows 32 to 140. My oil runs 200 at max
Answer:	It is just the style of fitting. The threads can withstand higher pressure but the hose one would typically attach to the nipple and the way the hose is attached to the nipple limit the pressure that can be used safely.

Answer:	It comes in different configurations. But I believe if you select 2", it is 2x2.

Answer:	The hose you connect should have the same inner diameter at the fitting is sized. That is, use a 1-1/4" fitting on a 1-1/4" i.d. hose. Also, the hose needs to be smooth inside, it can not be spiral type of hose. These work best with smooth hoses, as opposed to corrugated. Be sure to buy and use hose clamps.
