Answer:	At the top the inside measurements are 19.5 x 11.5 inches and it is 5.5 inches deep. Near the bottom the inside measurements would be about 0.5 inches less.

Answer:	I bought 2 of these pans and build a metal, open top, stove box they set in suspended by the lip. I have boiled 300 to 400 gallons of raw maple sap down to about 20 gallons that we further refined in the kitchen. No problem with being exposed to an open flame or boiling while partly empty. I would not expose them to flame without an inch or so of liquid in them. ARV

Answer:	Anti jam refers to how they stack. They stack pretty close to save space. But if you find a supplier with a 4" and 6" in the same brand, I think that will work very well.

Answer:	Have been using these pans in a cinderblock evaporator. They are sturdy enough to move around full of sap without a problem and old up to the high temps one may experience boiling with less than a half pan of sap or syrup.

Answer:	Yes, it does have a notch for the serving spoon and you’re right the picture does not show it. But the lids I received have them.

Answer:	It was two lids in my order but I’m not sure if I ordered two and they sent them together or if they were just shipped together. This is usually the price for one lid at most places. The 18-8 is the grade of the steel if I’m not mistaken. These lids are not made out of real strong steel but work fine for the job.
