Answer:	I have no idea on how long it will keep a pizza hot if you're using it for extended storage. I use it to transport my pizzas home from the pizzeria, which is usually no more than a 10-15 minute ride & the pizza is still very hot when I get home with it. Hope this helps.

Answer:	I think it would depend on how tall the casseroles are. It holds 2 pizzas easily.

I have used this bag to bring home a single large 16-inch pizza from our favorite local pizzeria which is over 30 minutes from home. If you have any concerns then you may wish to look at smaller bags; however the Winco has worked well for me.

The bag has kept our pizzas nice a hot and did not make them soggy. The pizza we but is either thin or regular crust; therefore I do not have any experience with deep dish or thick crust pizza.
