Question: How many volume can this syringe filter
Answer: The manufacturer says it's less than 100 ml. When I have used it, I seldom get past 60 ml without serious resistance. At that point I change filters. Note that I use a 60 ml syringe and push by hand.
Question: How many times can you use one before having to open a new one? Aside from the I’m sure recommended one time
Answer: It depends on what your filtering and how soon you filter. If you want to use the same filter for say clean water it can generally filter 30-40 mls, you’ll know when the filter is dirty and has reached capacity when it becomes difficult to gently push the fluid through. It would only use a stifle filter for larger volumes then my syringe within minutes to decrease contamination risks.
Question: Can you attach a needle to it
Answer: Yes the luer lock syringe needle tips slide over and attach to the tip of the filter and the syringe screws on the other side.
Question: Does it matter what size of syringe you use
Answer: Not for these 33 mm size. I use up to a 60 ml size with no problem. I was using the smaller 13 mm ones and found they stopped allowing fluid after about 10 ml. So if you have anything larger than about 10 ml, use the larger 33 ml size. These work with both luer loc and luer slip tip syringes. If you use a slip tip be careful not to apply too much pressure as the back pressure my cause the syringe to come off and your syringe contents to spew everywhere.

Question: Can these get wet and still work okay
Answer: I have used these in 'airport lids' for grainspawn jars multiple times. Appears to go through the dishes suffering no ill effect. I know they say if a filter gets wet WHILE it is actively being used to filter air it's potentially a vector for contamination (ie mold/bacteria spores cross the filter barrier across the moisture gradient created). But getting them wet shouldn't harm them. I will say as well, PTFE is one of the only filter materials from what I see on Amazon that IS heat tolerant up to 251° (standard 15psi autoclave). Nylon and things like that are not.
Question: What type of connection tip do these use? is it s luer-lock or a luer-slip
Answer: There are two tabs on the larger side of the filter, I would guess they are locks. But I’m not a professional. Hope this helps.
