This works for me, hope it works for you, too! |

| Answer: | They're the ones for the job. Treated wood is typical for fences and decks, so it doesn't rot away as fast, and termites are less likely to eat it. Really, any screw or nail is ok with treated or untreated, you'd just want ones that are galvanized(as nearly all are), and extra coating(as these have) for outdoor applications so they dont rust away as fast. |

| Answer: | They should not but stay away from this poor quality product. 30% of them snapped while being screwed, despite pilot holes being driven each time! They are very weak. |

| Answer: | Roughly 225-230. I weighed the ones in my partial box and did the math. I love these screws. I wrote the review to let people know they are pretty enough to decorate with. And the long ones we use for decking. Each size comes with a great star bit to fit it. |
