Answer:	Reverse thread or left handed threads are very different and not readily found. While this is a great set it doesn’t contain tap and dies you need.

Answer:	This is a very nice set, if you follow the instructions closely you should have no problem. I believe It can easily cut PVC because I used it on 3/4” steel black pipe and had absolutely no problem, works like a charm. However I can’t be sure if the outside diameter of PVC matches steel pipe.
