Answer:	Follow the recipes and directions.. Perfect evey time. One hint. Chill pitcher in fridge for ten minutes or so before making first drink. Keeps the pitcher from melting the drink. Kiip pitcher in fridge between batches. I put 3oz of margaritaville mix , 1oz of triple sec, 1 oz tequila for 1 drink. Set machine to " Ritas" and drink number to 1. Double or triple recipe for two or three drinks but don't forget to change the number if drinks on the machine to match recipe amount.

Question:	Crazy question but will it fix a broken finger nail
Answer:	YES! That was one of the reasons I bought it. I keep mine in the ECO setting and the fan only comes on if the temperature is well below your setting temp. Once the difference is less it doesn't even come on. I am very happy with mine and I heat a space about 18' x 24'. I've been keeping the thermostat set at 72°F and it's been keeping my room between 65° and 70°F while it's been in the teens every night.

The only thing I can think of is that if there were some shaved ice that got "stuck" in the drop-down above the pitcher, it would drop into the pitcher when it melted. I would contact the company. Maybe that area is defective or the sealing is not properly made or damaged.
