I made sure the wall and floor line was bone dry, lightly "V" chiseled and applied the product ALONG THE VERTICAL LINE AND THE ADJOING FLOOR LINE. The rains did come-- as forecasted-- the wall AND CONTIGUOUS FLOOR AREA held. Guests arrived, we had happy holidays and a dry basement from then up to the present day. Caution, I had used this product earlier on the same seam, still WET from an earlier rain, and it DID NOT HOLD. So my advice is to make sure it is VERY DRY before you apply. |
