Water Resistance: Hydraulic cement patch is highly resistant to water penetration and can effectively seal leaks and cracks in wet conditions. This makes it ideal for applications where moisture is present, such as basement walls, swimming pools, and sewer pipes.
Applications: Hydraulic cement patch is commonly used for various applications, including:
- Repairing cracks and holes in concrete and masonry structures.
- Sealing leaks in basements, foundations, and water tanks.

User questions & answers
Question: | Can it be applied in temperatures below |
Answer: | Yes! Mix it With water and it worked very. Well mix it to a putty clay consistency and it patch the hole for good. |
Question: | Will it seal a slow active water leak in basement floor/wall |
Answer: | It is cement, so if you NEVER want to remove the pump cord, this will work. If you think you might want to remove the pump cord at some point, I would use the flexible sealant that roofers use. You can goop it in and let it set. And if the cord moves a bit, no problem. And you can cut it out to remove the cord and re-goop it with the new cord. |
Question: | Can I use this underwater in a pool? Will it cure completely underwater |
Answer: | I don't think so. But Home Depot sells a tube of caulk for just this type of use. I have used it to reattach loose brick and slate. Sorry, I don't remember the name of it but you should be able to find on one of the aisles easily enough. It is for adhesive uses on concrete, etc. |
Question: | is this item easy to use |
Answer: | Christmas week 2015 I used this product knowing a forecasted 11 inch rain was on our way as was holiday company. I had a single vertical seem fracture that went down to the floor level. I made sure the wall and floor line was bone dry, lightly "V" chiseled and applied the product ALONG THE VERTICAL LINE AND THE ADJOING FLOOR LINE. The rains did come-- as forecasted-- the wall AND CONTIGUOUS FLOOR AREA held. Guests arrived, we had happy holidays and a dry basement from then up to the present day. Caution, I had used this product earlier on the same seam, still WET from an earlier rain, and it DID NOT HOLD. So my advice is to make sure it is VERY DRY before you apply. |

Question: | Can this be used for Hardie Plank |
Answer: | Hi, yes you can. Thanks! |
Question: | Has anyone used this product to patch an underwater crack in a concrete pond |
Answer: | Hi, you should probably use a stone mortar for this, but if you just have small holes or cracks to fill, this will work fine. But if you have large voids, you should use a mortar instead. Thanks... |
Question: | Can you paint over this product |
Answer: | Nope. It doesn't smell. If the weather is nice and not cold, it will help curing it especially if you get a lot of sun light. |
Question: | can you use this as a filler to retaining wall stones |
Answer: | I used it to fill a small "pothole" on my paver back porch which was probably about an inch deep at it's deepest. It worked perfectly and self-leveled with a little help from the scraper blade. Pothole solved. Just be aware that you only get about 3 cups of the stuff; but that should fill your 1 " by 2 " gap, depending on how long the gap runs. |

Question: | the products were not deliverable; I bought 2 of the concrete mix and I am still waiting on my refund and I am really disappointed right now |
Answer: | The aggregate looks like a coarse powder. It should be used, along with the resin & hardener, to make a complete epoxy paste that has adhesive strength, elasticity,& ultimately hardness & smooth even surface. |
Question: | I have a hole in my sidewalk in the front of my house which is 14 in wide and 1 inch deep. Will this work to fill this hole? please advise thank you |
Answer: | I believe so. I used it on my driveway and it worked fine. My only problem with the product is that it seems very expensive for what it does. I think a bag of good cement might be just as good |

Question: | Can you use to secure loose paver slabs |
Answer: | Yes, I think that you would be able to do that, but I am not sure what you mean by screw in new screw?? I would drill out the existing bolt, and follow the directions on the tube for setting bolts in concrete. This worked really well for me. |
Question: | how much area will this cover |
Answer: | 4 months leak has stopped. |
Question: | Can this be used underwater, or will we need to drain all the water out |
Answer: | An option that I liked was using a pastry bag (probably could use a ziploc bag) and put the two parts in the bag, mix in the bag by kneading (don't use the mixing nozzles) and then cut the tip off the bag and squeeze just like you see a cake decorator. Does get warm/hot in the bag. But a lot easier and less effort than using the mixing tubes. AND you can use the product several times, just mix up what you need. |
Question: | Is this a permanent setting product or does it deteriorate over yrs? If so, how long will it last (expieriance please |
Answer: | Hello J.T. - Yes, it should work..and..work well. I used it to repair a cracked concrete Septic Tank cover. The repair was easy to do..and..is solid and strong..Jerry |

Question: | Do you have it in white color |

Answer: | It worked in my basement but then it started to leak again after about 6 months...Mine was a really really bad leak though. |
