Question:	This products have an expiration date
Answer:	I use a hand held UV light and out a bit of the resin as the glue then hit it with the UV light and it sets right up. binding the pieces to each other. sometimes you might need to add a couple more layers curing each one but it works well for me.
Question:	Is the print still water soluble after being fully cured? Will moisture damage a completed print over time
Answer:	Yeah it can, just make sure to pour through the fine paint filters they come with incase there's semi cured resin in the vat. Also maybe print a resin level indicator so your not putting too much resin in the vat and then resin gets cycled frequently. when photopolymers get older they start to not work as well.

Question:	where do I buy the castable one? I can not find it in amazon
Answer:	The motor itself cannot be programmed. You could program a microcontroller to drive a driver IC to do that using this motor. You would need some gears and other parts to perform that motion as well.
Question:	Confused: are two bottles of 500 g sent for a total of 1 kg? Or is one 500 g bottle sent
Answer:	It can as long as the driver uses a separate power supply from the raspberry pi and the driver board is compatible with I2C or SPI. The raspberry pi only has 3&5v supplies and the standard gpio isn't fast enough to communicate with the driver in a reliable manner that'll produce accurate positioning.
Question:	Can I use another kind of resin with the printer, or only the resin that comes with the printer can be used

Question:	What exposure settings should i use for the black resin? (elegoo mars printer
Answer:	Use one of the disposable paper strainers and it certainly can. I do it all the time and never waste a drop! Buy a cheap funnel, put the paper strainer in and pour what is left in your tray into the bottle. Always be sure to shake/mix resin before use.

Answer:	Elegoo has several resins so it is hard to tell which is the "regular" the way you guess mixture's exposure is by calculating the weighted average of the mix so if 30% tenacious printing at 12s and 70% of another resin that prints at 8s, then a good spot to try is 9.5s (9.2s from the calculation of 0.3*12+0.7*8) the Mars exposure time can be found on siraya.tech support section

Answer:	Smell is subjective but we have not had complains about it. We did not put flagrance in Tenacious as we did in Blu as Tenacious is often used as an additive to other resin to improve impact resistance.

Question:	Is it easy to clean and wash as described
Answer:	Maybe if it was a very shallow mold and you had a nice, strong uv lamp. The uv doesn't pass through much resin without direct contact. I would just stick with epoxy resin in a mold.
Question:	Is the printing miniature prone to yellowing after the curing done
Answer:	I've used many bottles of this resin in grey for minis and have printed maybe 100 so far with great results but it is still brittle, so to speak. You can still knock them around a bit on the tabletop but a drop from table to floor can break off swords, arms and such. I believe this condition is native to resin printing. My resin printer is an Anycubic Photon by the way.

Question:	Does this come with a starter bottle of resin? I thought so but I’m not seeing one, so i wanted to make sure...thanks
Answer:	No. I recommend the water washable resin. It costs a bit more but you get the same results without the hassle and expense of buying 90%+ alcohol to rinse your completed pieces and wash the tank.
Question:	I saw a new review on this machine saying that now it comes with some sort of protection for the screen and was wondering if this true
Answer:	I can confirm there is no actual screen protector on the bare lcd. There is a shipping protector, but because of its application at the factory it's unusable as a screen protector. I asked elegoo directly about it or a suggestion for one and was told there isn't and won't be, because they offer a "limited" warranty on the screen itself. That limited warranty and the down time wasn't acceptable to me. I wound up snagging a tablet screen protector(not a matte finish) from walmart and overlaying it before I did anything, and it's worked fine since. Tldr, it's still a bare screen. There is a thin one on it for shipping purposes, but it's inadequate for protection uses.
Question:	Carbon filters are consumable, are you serious that we can't buy replacements? @Elegoo
Answer:	The carbon filters are absolutely replaceable. They just dont sell any specially made replacement cartidges. And you will have to open the printer to change the carbon filter. However the factory installed carbon filter will work for hundreds of printing hours if not more. Ive had my printer for about 2 months nonstop printing and have never noticed an odor
Question:	Are replacement resin tanks available? are they the same tank as the pro
Answer:	I have purchased and successfully used the 2-piece set of replacement aluminum vats found here on Amazon for both of my Mars Pro 2 printers.

Question:	How to solve the warp during printing 3d resin
Answer:	You can cut it to the desire size of your printer's build plate. However the material is kind of thick for scissors so you will need to get a heavy duty shear cutter. This sheet I have is a little oversized than my printer's build plate and I didn't need to cut it as it works really well without any problem. On the other now be sure to sand the plate for a little rough feel so the resin can cure and stick on the plate better at the beginning of is printing cycle. Hope this helps
Question:	Can I use this resin for casting jewelry
Answer:	The installation hole distance of these three nema 17 motors is 1.22in (31mm).
Question:	Can i use this with elegoo mars
Answer:	The diameter of the drive shaft is 0.196in (5mm), and the flat groove is 0.177 (4.5mm)
Question:	Would this resin work with a Formlabs Form 2 printer
Answer:	The thicker 38mm model should have a much higher torque rating.
