Question:	This products have an expiration date
Answer:	I use a hand held UV light and out a bit of the resin as the glue then hit it with the UV light and it sets right up. binding the pieces to each other. sometimes you might need to add a couple more layers curing each one but it works well for me.

Answer:	Yeah it can, just make sure to pour through the fine paint filters they come with incase there's semi cured resin in the vat. Also maybe print a resin level indicator so your not putting too much resin in the vat and then resin gets cycled frequently. when photopolymers get older they start to not work as well.

Answer:	I have been testing that very thing. Thin bits....very thin bits are quite brittle. On the other hand, I was just examining an item I made a couple of days ago...around .5mm or less and they seem to be fairly sturdy. I have printed a couple of dozen things in the past two weeks..... not much has been brittle.

Answer:	Bottle is definitely plastic.

Answer:	Relatively low, I don’t think it’s that strong

Answer:	IF the UV light can reach all of he resin then you might be able to. The biggest issue with this is it adheres to surfaces it cures on very well. I have to use risers on anything that has much surface contact to avoid sticking to the build plate.

Answer:	Lol no it’s plastic after curing only UV hurts it after

Answer:	Of course this would be dependent on the size and mass of the model. I print small less that 50mm figurines which I can print 6 up on the build plate of my LD-002R. From my experience I think I could do this close to 10 times from a 1000 gram bottle to get 60 figures. And as you probably already know supports can consume quite abit of resin that will be trimmed and thrown away unfortunately. So my point is many variables to consider when calculating the total number of prints you can do.

Question:	What exposure settings should i use for the black resin? (elegoo mars printer
Answer:	Use one of the disposable paper strainers and it certainly can. I do it all the time and never waste a drop! Buy a cheap funnel, put the paper strainer in and pour what is left in your tray into the bottle. Always be sure to shake/mix resin before use.

Answer:	I have left it in for a week. As long as the cover is on so no UV light gets to it you should be okay. It had started to settle so it needed to poured back in the bottle and shaken up. I won't leave it again. I have done three prints back to back and all I did was refill the tank each time. My prints came out good.

Answer:	Maybe if it was a very shallow mold and you had a nice, strong uv lamp. The uv doesn't pass through much resin without direct contact. I would just stick with epoxy resin in a mold.
Question:	Is the printing miniature prone to yellowing after the curing done
Answer:	I've used many bottles of this resin in grey for minis and have printed maybe 100 so far with great results but it is still brittle, so to speak. You can still knock them around a bit on the tabletop but a drop from table to floor can break off swords, arms and such. I believe this condition is native to resin printing. My resin printer is an Anycubic Photon by the way.

Answer:	Curing time suggestion for Black color: It is difficult for the light source to pass through deep colors like black, so you need to increase the exposure time, it is recommended to set the curing time for the first layer as 90s, then each layer followed as15s if you are printing in black color, which should bring you fair results.

Answer:	Clean your print with 95% or above IPA in the first bath (you can use a soft bristled toothbrush to make sure you get the uncured resin out of the small details if necessary. Allowing IPA to stay too long on uncured resin causes cloudiness and “white-ish streaks”. After agitating your piece in the first bath, give it a quick dunk in a second bath of clean IPA (I prefer to use a misting spray bottle instead). Pat dry and or wash it in a third bath of clean, distilled water. Let it dry (or carefully blow dry with some canned air). Remove your supports and then set out in the sun or use a “curing oven” or UV nail dryer to cure. You should not have any streaks from uncured resin at this point. With transparent or translucent prints, follow up with a layer or two of UV resistant clear coat to regain your transparency or translucency. :)

Answer:	Hard Tough resin is not high temperature -resisted resin,so after curing ,the cured models cannot be used in the high temperature condition. Its main feature are high hardness and toughness ,which is suitable for printing parts that require both rigidity and toughness. By the way ,we will launch high temperature resin soon. If you need, you can wait for it .
Question:	What's the best way to UV cure it
Answer:	Yes ,you can use this resin for AnyCubic Photon LCD printer. But please pay attention , the printing parameter is as follows :Normal layer exposure time 8-9s, bottom layer exposure time 30-40s and Number of bottom layers is 3-8 . Please try to adjust your setting according to this reference.
