Question:	Is there burn out instructions
Answer:	still in the box did not try it out
Question:	what is the burnout temp in degrees
Answer:	I’ve been going to just under 750degC. I don’t recommend going over 750degC as most investments start to break down above that. Be sure to heat SLOWLY! I take 3-5 hours to reach 750 then cool to about 500 for pouring the metal.
Question:	Can you use this in sand casting? Make part, then cast in sand and poor molten metal in mold
Answer:	I do investment casting and am not a sand casting expert. You could try it but I’m not sure how well it will work. These resins don’t really melt. They burn from solid to gas. My burnouts take 4 hours at 750degC.
Question:	Is it possible to melt this resin when after finishing a print
Answer:	The short answer is yes but ‘melt’ isn’t the right term. Burn out would be better. These resins are designed to transition from their solid form directly to gas, without a liquid transition state. Be sure to look up the burnout characteristics before you start. In my case I’ve been heating it slowly over 5 hours to 750degC then holding at 750degC for 4 hours then cooling to about 500degC for casting. I’m casting aluminum. Your temps and time may vary.

Answer:	I believe the .045 or .05 is in reference to the "Z" axis resolution. I forget how the "X" &"Y" resolution is calculated, but I believe its a calculation based on the masking LCD resolution.

Answer:	You're getting UV bleed through, since the first layers anchor everything to the plate your BOTTOM LAYERS will have an extended cure time that extra time allows UV to bleed through and cure resin around the open screen. It's not actually "squished" but more or less "Chonky" there is no way of fixing that if you are printing directly onto the plate except sanding it back down

Answer:	If you don't but it from Creality directly, they won't honor a warranty. I've had this model before and the screen cracks very easily. Went through multiple before I said enough and got a different resin printer.

Question:	What version is the board
Answer:	The newest version of the board is 1.1.5, it does not come with the printer though. Mine came with 1.1.4 which is very similar to the 1.1.3. Creality Sells the 1.1.5 separately right now as the Creality v1.1.5 Silent Main Board. It is $50 bucks and you might find it cheaper but it is a worthwhile upgrade. It has newer stepper drivers that make the stepper motors virtually silent. I can't hear them anymore only the fans now. The board also has thermal runaway enabled and has a boot loader preinstalled so if you wanted to switch to Vanilla Marlin or the TH3D software you could do so very easily. Installing this board and the TH3D software also made adding a BL Touch kit easy.

Question:	What is the physical footprint of this unit
Answer:	The actual base footprint itself requires a flat 12" x 12" surface, however certain parts such as the display panel overhang requiring a bit more space. A roughly 16" wide by about 20" deep space should be about right, although you will want to make sure both the back and front have an additional few inches to spare as the bed does move back and forth during operation. I mount mine on top of a 16" x 18" patio paver block for support and stability. I place the paver block over some dense foam that is cut about 1" in from the block edge (14" x 16"). This gives the printer a platform that helps contribute mass to absorb vibrations as well as offer a bid of noise reduction cause by sound transmission through the base. Placed a few inches from the back wall it also ensures the printer travel area remains clear. There is also YouTube video on using this technique if interested (not mine but I came across it after I came up with the same idea separately).

Answer:	It does come with a very old version of Cura. The lastest version of Cura is what I am using. Just download it from https://ultimaker.com/en/products/ultimaker-cura-software/list. If all you are doing is downloading models and printing this is all you need. If you want to make your own 3D models that complicates things. There are many, many 3d modeling programs and which one to use is a very personal choice and each takes time to learn to use. Blender is free, Sketch-up is also I think. But there are commercial programs that can cost up to a couple of thousand to use. Zbrush, Studio Max, and others. Answer:	I just received my machine and it was version 2.9.9, the current version is 5.0.2 and updated them to UI 2.6. I used a Sandisk Extreme USB 3.0 64GB to update it went smoothly and was pretty fast. I did reformat the drive fro FAT 32 with Disk Utility on the Mac.
Question:	Given the max work dimension are: 4.53"(L) x 2.56"(W) x 6.49"(H), can a single tray of the resin build a solid block of this max size
Answer:	No. A solid block filling the work area would take almost 1.25 liters of resin. The suggested max amount of resin in the vat is approx 75-100 ml So you would have to add resin 12 times or so in order to build that solid block :-)

Question:	After printed ,does it need to be washed by alcohol
Answer:	No ,it can be washed just by water .It is very convenient and environmental friendly.
Question:	Can the water washable red wax resin be used like regular resin? I need a terra cotta color this is perfect.Or can it only be used for jewelry making
Answer:	Yes ,it can be used as a normal resin and it works better than normal resin in detailed printing.You can use it for jewelry making , anime figures or other field if you want. This resin has two main features than normal resin : one is more meticulous in detail printing than normal resin , the other is that it can be washed by water directly rather than using alcohol washing.

How to Storage:

1. Keep away from sunlight, sealed at room temperature.
2. Do not pour the resin in the resin vat into the unused resin.
3. Please store in other clean container and seal with plastic wrap.

5. Recommended to save at 15 ℃ -35 ℃ ambient temperature.

Answer:	Yes, our slicing software supports Windows and Mac, and we can use our own developed software" LongerWare" (this will be easier to operate) or Chitubox software for slicing.

Answer:	Yes. This printer has a unique device that monitors temperature during the printing process, automatically pause or stop printing when the temperature exceeds limits, resume printing when temperature normalizes. Question:	How many 28mm miniatures would I get out of a 500mL or a 1000mL bottle of resin
Answer:	Assuming 28mm tall, 15 mm wide, and 7 mm deep, that gets you 2.625 cm^3. Assuming supports are about 1/4 the volume of the figurine, that’s 3.28 ml per figurine. 1000/3.28=305 figurines 500/3.28=152 figurines But 28 mm is miniscule. You won’t be able to see anything without a magnifying glass (though the printer can still handle it if you get the settings right)

Question:	Will this work with .obj files
Answer:	Yes. The Dremel 3D software is compatible with both .OBJ and .STL files.
Question:	Does it use a Proprietary filament or can it use any standard 1.75 PLA purchased from Amazon
Answer:	According to Dremel -> The Dremel 3D Idea Builder was designed and optimized for use Dremel PLA filament. Other filament may cause damage to the machine and will void the warranty.That being said because the filament by Dremel was not available at the time I did my review and I ran out of the original dremel filament I did buy replacement filament by 3D Solutech (1.75 PLA 2.2lbs spool) and will confirm it works. The spool does not "lock" into the printer, however it does fit in the spool grooves and still rotates and feeds into the print head with no issues. Just know that going non-dremel brand you may lose your warranty. You could if you wanted to wind filmant onto the dremel spool and get it to "sit/lock" correctly if you are concerned about it. For me it works perfect without locking it in and placing it in the spool groove at the bottom of the printer.
Question:	what can't the 3d printer make
Answer:	Puppies. Unless you are talking about small plastic puppies. Then it can do that. Real puppies though, not at all
