Answer:	Yes. The Dremel 3D software is compatible with both .OBJ and .STL files.
Question:	Does it use a Proprietary filament or can it use any standard 1.75 PLA purchased from Amazon
Answer:	According to Dremel -> The Dremel 3D Idea Builder was designed and optimized for use Dremel PLA filament. Other filament may cause damage to the machine and will void the warranty.That being said because the filament by Dremel was not available at the time I did my review and I ran out of the original dremel filament I did buy replacement filament by 3D Solutech (1.75 PLA 2.2lbs spool) and will confirm it works. The spool does not "lock" into the printer, however it does fit in the spool grooves and still rotates and feeds into the print head with no issues. Just know that going non-dremel brand you may lose your warranty. You could if you wanted to wind filmant onto the dremel spool and get it to "sit/lock" correctly if you are concerned about it. For me it works perfect without locking it in and placing it in the spool groove at the bottom of the printer.

Answer:	The version of Cura that comes on the SD card with the printer is a bit dated. However, you can download UtliMaker Cura free and tweak a few settings (looking at the file in SD:/Software and USB Driver/CURA/Reference Data/Ender 3.ini) you can get it rocking. Printer settings: Select Creality CR-10 like the instructions say, change the X (width, Y(depth) and Z(Height) as show in the instructions. Choose "Marlin" as the G-code flavor. The firmware is Marlin (which is based on Reprap) if you do some G-code magic it will tell you this. Recommended settings: Layer Height: .15 (higher setting for lower quality, you start to see the lines and it bonds less) !Enable Retraction! Retraction Distance: 8.0mm Retraction Speed, Retraction Retract Speed, Retraction Prime Speed all set to: 80mm/s Retraction Extra Prime amount 8mm(to the 3rd) Retraction Minimum Travel: 0.2mm Print Temp: will vary by filament but I use 231C with Polylite PETG, 82C bed temp, 100%fan. Speed being 46mm/s and works great! The rest of the settings are mostly preference. If you're using it for educational or non-profit reasons, then AutoDesk (makers of AutoCAD) make something called Fusion 3D which is simply amazing. Answer:	My son is 15 and he handpicked this one as a gift. He doesn’t know that I’ve purchased it, but he was very adamant that this was the best one. If the recipient is very technically inclined, I think it would be a great fit. I’ve read tons of reviews and watched several on YouTube. Once it’s properly assembled ( does seem to take some time), then operation is suitable for a beginner (again, must be very technically inclined). My son did request a different type of filament that I also purchased on Amazon, because the included roll isn’t that great. I don’t remember which one I purchased, but it was about 20.00. He also suggested getting or building a table to sit it on, as you should not sit it directly on the floor. He’s making one to put beside his desk, but I’m sure any small table would do. Question:	Is this unit required to use with the anycubic 3d printers
Answer:	no, it is not required. Just pay attention to the size of the bucket that came with this machine and make sure your 3d printed models are not larger than the bucket. You should be fine if you use any of those small size resin printers like Elegoo Mars, Mars Pro, Mars Pro 2, Phorzen sonic mini.....just to name a few.
Question:	Does the Elegoo Mars Pro build plate hook into this or will it need an adapter
Answer:	No! it does not fit Mars Pro's build plate. The build plate knob and the adjustable bracket come in contact with each other just a bit, but the diameter of the build plate screw is too big for the 2 adapters that come with the Anycubic unit. I will put both of the parts in a vise and reem them out with a drill to widen it enough to accept the build plate screw. Otherwise just remove the print and put it in the basket.
Question:	Can you put the build plate from the anycubic photon mono x in it or do you need to take your work off the build plate and wash it separately
Answer:	I don’t have the mono X but both the Photon and Photon mono SE both fit in along with the build just fine. The hit has an adjustable height bracket to hand the build plates so they are immersible in the IPA capacity of the provided container.
Question:	Mine spins the platform for a half second, stops, then starts constantly beeping. Anyone have this happen
Answer:	there's an IR light in the back, if you don't have the lid on the right way (there's a white square on one side) to trigger that IR sensor it won't work. It's a safety measure.

Answer:	It does.I'm using a Mac Book with mine. You need a slicer software and a micro sd card. Or you can connect it via usb mini.
Question:	is the hotend all metal
Answer:	It depends what you're planning to make. 300x300 is already plenty of build space for me, and the S4 being large means it takes much longer for the bed to heat up, and you can't print as fast since the bed is more massive. I have both and rarely use the S4. I've put a 0.8mm nozzle on it and save it for giant prints. It's great for that though!
Question:	how can you filter out the ufp's
Answer:	The CR-10s4 board already has a bootloader on it from the factory. If it isn't working, its likely another problem. But to answer your question, you can program a bootloader onto the CR-10S4 board using the ICSP header. Get a USBTinyISP or other ISP programmer, and you can flash a bootloader on in a few minutes.

Answer:	Actually the filament brand does matter. I have have several that suck. Personally I prefer Overture or Hatbox. If you Google Best PLA Filament there are several articles. I am about to try a different brand since I am tired of buying from China.
Question:	What's the difference of the upgraded Magic 3d printer and previous Magic
Answer:	The upgraded Magic is easy to install, compare with the previous one, most part are pre-assemble.

Answer:	Most parts are previous assemble, you just to install three modular, usually take 15~20 minutes.
