Answer:	The unit that is being sold within the US is not a dual voltage printer (110V-127V as stated on the back panel). There is a 220V model available that uses a different power supply and comes with the correct European style power cord. Maintenance kit for it is part # 40X8435.

Answer:	I have this printer and have used it for a lot of duplex printing on ordinary multi-purpose laser paper with no issues. Its manner of duplex printer is slightly odd compared to the earlier model I owned...it prints one side, partially ejects most of the page, pulls it back in, then prints the other side. The old one only ejected the fully printed page after both sides were done. But in terms of the speed or quality or jamming, I have seen no issues.

Question:	Is there a reason it uses 2 different size tubes? The 4.0/2.0 is standard, but for some reason the printer uses a 2.0/2.5 as the long tube
Answer:	Hi， Thanks for your question and Happy New Year! It is recommed to use 4.0/2.5 because the hole diameter of some tube in 2.0 is a little small. If the filament is not made standarded, the filament maybe easily stuck in the telflon tube. So 2.5 is better. But 2.0~2.5 are all suitable. Hope this will be helpful for you.
