Question:	Some of my winows are triangular. Will this get the corners clean
Answer:	I'm afraid it will not get into the corners. I have three triangular windows myself. It will clean as far as the round discs can push into the corners, but the peaks of the corners will the discs can not squeeze into will not be touched. That said, he does the vast majority of my windows and I LOVE mine. With my triangular windows, I hose them down from the outside (most of the dirt is outside anyway), then let machine clean inside and outside as best as it can and they don't look bad.
Question:	Our second story windows are very high--over 20 feet. Can you use a regular extension cord with this product? If not, does the company provide one
Answer:	Yes, you can use a regular extension cord with our robot.
Question:	Anywhere to buy a replacement remote ? I think my remote died
Answer:	I think you can download an app to your phone so you don't need the remote, but I haven't tried that yet.
Question:	Is there a limitation to the width of the window? I have long rectangular windows
Answer:	Cord length limitation only. About 16 feet.
