Answer:	This model is more suitable to clean the floor, it may be not very well when in carpet, because this model don't have a roller brush. If you want to use it in carpet, please refer to our A series products, which have a roller brush such as A9, A6, A4s, A7, A8.

Answer:	You can use the robot to sweep the floor and then drag it, they can't be done at the same time.

Answer:	My understanding it is 60. I have it set up to vacuum at 0400 and I sleep through it until my wake up time at 0500. It is doing its thing.

Question:	Can I put mop solution or soap in it or is it only water
Answer:	It's a cup - I have used 1/4 cup vinegar and water, ammonia and water (1 tbls for terrazzo), wood mop and glow and water, I have very old cheap lock together wood flooring it does just fine on, but it does discolor the plastic tank a little. I wouldn't do that again. Dawn and water. The replacement$15 bucks - I figure I want it clean. I do it once a week with something for 8 months now. No problems.
Question:	What size dirt / particles does it actually pick up? We have a toddler so there can be pieces of crackers, cereal, etc. on the floor
Answer:	I don't have children. I do have pets. It picks up dirt, pet hair, scattered kitty litter. But sometimes it gets large pieces of dog food, and other times it doesn't. Once it picked up a very large live bug (how I had no ideas). Scared the crap out of me when I went to empty it. 
Question:	Is the V5s meant for carpets as well as hard floors?? And concerned about damage to hardwood using mopping function with "constant" water "dripping
Answer:	I have an V5s and a V7. The V5s will do carpets, but the lack of a brush under it doesn't make it the best option for carpets. But that is a great option for hard floors. If you want a good option for carpet and floor together, the A4 is probably a better option for you, if you can't have both. Now regarding the mopping, you have to be conscious about your space. If it is a small space with a lot of obstacles, don't put too much liquid. If it is a large space with open areas and not much obstacles, then can fill it to the top. For the first mopping, I would sit and watch and see if the robot won't get stuck somewhere and learn how it works and how much water it drips in the space you will use it, before leaving it unattended. You should find a way to make it run like your regular mopping.
Question:	how is it different from the older version V
Answer:	It is much quieter than the V3. I have both and while the V3 cleans the master bedroom, the V5 cleans the rest of our home. I barely hear it. I can watch TV at regular volume while it cleans my floors. It is less expensive than a good upright and works as well or better than a vacuum you have operate yourself. It is worth the extra $25 for the V5.

Answer:	Some disadvantages: overseas support, can ruin carpet if it gets stuck. It doesn't seem to back up enough before attempting to repath. Also the schedule on ours just stopped working. The overall design is probably equivalent to the roomba. Cost is obviously far less. We have owned both the roomba and this robot vac as well as a Neato. The Neato has been far superior but came with a whopping $750 price tag.
Question:	Does this work well on long dog hair
Answer:	I have only used the robot a couple times. The first time it seems there was more hair and it moved it around but at least it was easy to pick up since it was in piles. This morning it did a better job in capturing the hair if not entirely in the waste container, certainly captured just outside the waste container. However, my dog has shorter hair (1" to 2") but sheds a fair amount. I would not expect it to pick up a lot of long dog hair.
