Answer:	The plug into the window cleaner looks specific to Karcher - and the charger itself has "KARCHER" written on it - so you will need a replacement specific to this. Mine has model number 6.654-353.0 written on it - but importantly the output needs to be 5.5V 600mA (0.6A). Have seen a few listed for sale on certain internet sites ;-) that seem to match the description!

Answer:	The WV50 came only with the vacuum while the WV1 has the vacuum, spray bottle with mop head and a bottle of cleaner. The WV 50, WV50 Plus, WV60, and WV 60 Plus have also all been discontinued by Karcher. Karcher no longer has any in stock so any remaining items are coming from retailers stock. Karcher now produces the WV1 to replace all mentioned models.

Something you need to know before use:

1. This machine is NOT cordless, it must be connected to the AC power to be used normally.
2. Please fully charge the back-up built-in battery before use (green light is on once full charged).
3. Please use it for windows with frames, the machine will beep alert if the frame cannot be detected.
4. If the machine cannot move up, please change a new set of microfiber cloths and sprinkle a little water on it.
5. When the robot is powered on, the default water spray mode is manual spray mode, you can switch to auto spray mode via remote.
6. Since the spray hole is on the right side of the machine, water can only be sprayed during the upward and rightward cleaning process.

Question:	Would this vac provide enough cfm's to pick up small metal chips made from a #8 or #10 drill bit
Answer:	Although the Simplicity micro vacuum does have plenty of pressure and airflow to pick up this type of material, we do not recommend using it for this purpose as it could cause issues with the vacuum filter and cup.
Question:	Thinking of getting this to clean out a sealed tank, what is the diameter of the hose
Answer:	The outside diameter of the flexible hose attachment for the Simplicity F1 hand vacuum is 1.17 inches.
Question:	Would this work with micro vacuum attachment compatible with most vacuum cleaner hoses with 1.25-1.38 inch diameter round friction wand

Question:	can ether of the attachments be used to clean sliding door tracks
Answer:	I did not use them on the sliding door tracks but I do use it in the groove of windows. works great. Keep the vac held straight up and down or the blower portion will spread the dirt around.
Question:	Should the vacuum stay on charge when not in use or is that bad for the battery
Answer:	This is our 2nd one....we always leave the charger ON....especially if going away for an extended period. Like a car battery, a "trickle charge" keeps the battery fully charged.....problems occur when the battery charge is low or non-existant.
Question:	I just received this and i let it charge for approx 6 hours before using. After about 1 minute of using it it begins to make a weird noise an dies
