Question:	Is the turbo brush the same as a motorized pet tool
Answer:	It has two rows of seals much like a ziploc bag only much stronger. It then has a flap that covers that and velcros together. If you made sure you have the seals completely closed and the flap covered you could definitely submerge the bag.

Answer:	The fit on my Mac Air is snug as there is an interior liner that slips into the case. The length would be OK. Not sure about the height.
Question:	Does this come with the washable filter bag
Answer:	The strap that is on the back side has an 8 inch opening to fit on a suit case handle. Not sure how wide a large suitcase handle is. Hope this helps.
