Answer:	Dear Denise,it does not come with a shampooer (manufacturer does not a shampooer for this model), BUT it cleans carpets SO WELL without a shampooer, that most people would never use a shampooer with this model. If you REALLY will need a shampooer (to wet clean your carpet and remove stains, etc), I will direct you to a shampooer model that will be compatible with this model vacuum (manufacturer for this model said that shampooers always gave problems on other vacuum models because people never clean them as per instructions and they become clogged and stop working, that's why sirena manufacturer decided to not deal with shampooer). You will LOVE this vacuum package and it will clean your carpets (and all other surfaces including hard woods) VERY VERY well (if you will really need a shampooer in the future, please contact me after you get the package and use it and think you really will need it) and I will direct you to a shampooer that will work with this model vacuum. My old rainbow was purchased new in 2000, if that helps at all.

Answer:	The SRX model has undergone a complete overhaul since the E2 Black model. The E2 Black has a 2 speed motor; the SRX has a 5 speed motor. The other major difference (other than looks) is the SRX uses magnetic hose connections, whereas this model uses clips to hold the hose in place.

Answer:	To me it smells like an antiseptic cleaner however having said that, the smell doesn't permeate after putting it in the tank. I dont notice the smell throughout the room when vacuuming as the smell is only after opening the lid to the bottle.

Answer:	That is a good question. As you know the retail of the product is in the neighborhood of $24.99. Our prices are (if you are interested) set to match competitor's prices. Two different competitors, two different prices. I set the pricing according to cost of product, shipping cost, referral fee without regard to profit. The average profit of my products is less than $10 probably on this product much less. My analytics are proprietary and do not make a lot of sense unless you see the whole ball of wax.
