There is nothing worse than pulling up water that is not clean after you have used the machine at least twice. It is discouraging and disgusting. That is why I LOVE this one, it cleans using very little of the 2x solution (a small bottle is included) and then removes the water leaving you with a clean, dry floor without streaks. It is lightweight and I am nor writhing in pain when I finish. |

| Answer: | To answer your question specifically, no, the machine cannot go flush up against the baseboard and into corners because the cleaning brushes are recessed a small distance from the front edge of the machine. There is also a small area on either side of a threshold when moving from one room to another which the machine doesn't clean very well. This happens with a change from one flooring material to another (i.e., vinyl to tile, vinyl to wood, wood to marble). But, overall, these baseboard, corner and threshold areas are small enough that I can use a soft cleaning tool such as a mop or sponge, to my satisfaction. I hope this helps.Judy |

| Answer: | I was extremely disappointed in this product. I expected it to be like the Countertop Magic from years ago that I used on Formica. It does not clean well at all, does not shine and has an unpleasant odor. I like Sprayway glass cleaner for my porcelain tile. |

| Answer: | If the granite has been sealed within the last 6 months, the old product could be used on the surface. For the sinks and showers, it would depend on what the surface is made out of. Please also keep in mind that the product is not recommended for floor surfaces in the shower. |

| Answer: | No-this will not take off hard water marks. It cleans and polishes nicely so will deter hard water spots if used regularly-I have real hard water with lots of minerals in it so almost etches spots on! I have cultured marble in one bath and have used vinegar to help with the hard water-you can wet a paper towel and put down if need more of "soaking". |
