Answer:	The "only thing" preventing me buying the V11 is the absolutely puzzling decision by Dyson to ship this thing with a single battery and make replacing a battery a 10 minute operation involving hand tools and three screws. What battery powered tool does not have a quick change battery pack in 2019? Answer.....Dyson! So, even if you're willing to buy a second or third battery, it would be unusable That means you're stuck with 10 or 15 minutes of use on anything but hardwood floors or tile. And that makes this thing an overpowered DustBuster for small spills, not a tool to replace a corded vacuum.

I was told that certain serial numbers had "bad batteries" and mine was on the list. Worked fantastic up until today. So long as the new battery does the trick for my machine, I will continue to be a very happy V11 owner. I will update once I have the new battery.
