Answer:	this one has only 43 psi, McCullough 58 psi, having said that temp on this one is higher at 293C vs 200C. Boiler n this one is steel, Muc's is copper.

Answer:	I believe the rectangular floor tool covered with microfiber would be better and would work well. It's thin and lightweight and has a fully articulating head which I think would be better for reaching overhead. This model produces a dryer steam at a higher pressure than most models which seems preferable on ceilings, since they're often painted with a very flat finish ceiling paint which offers no protection from moisture to the drywall.
Question:	Can you use detergent of your choice (Dawn &/or Pine Sol
Answer:	Although you might use PineSol, you don't (probably) want to use Dawn... You would have suds for quite a while. These machines work by heating under pressure, so while "normal" water would boil at 212F, in a pressurized boiler, the water in this unit is heated to over 300 degrees. Then it is propelled out where the molecules expand until the temp. drops to the boiling point in the air (212F) where it evaporates or condenses (becoming steam or water). As the temperature decreases to the boiling point, those bubbles are going to increase exponentially. I've never tried this personally, as I wouldn't risk destroying my machine or my floors, but the science says you'd not only have bubbles from the tank of water you intended to make soapy but probably for several tanks after that as ridding the unit of all the Dawn would take more water than a single tank. Several sites, like Autopia.com, discuss the best use of steam cleaners generally and this machine specifically (most of these sites are moderated by people who own detailing shops or other commercial applications). The consensus is that they do NOT recommend using ANY detergent that is run through the machine even though the manufacturers say you can. I'm sure you do need to be careful about what you put in the boiler as the heating element in this unit is really not replaceable without removing the entire boiler unit. While the boiler is covered under warranty, I don't know if that also covers the heating element.

Question:	The primary reason for my buying this machine is to clean the grout in my tile floors. How well does it do that
Answer:	That is why l purchased it. For the same amount or less you can have them professionaly cleaned and sealed, I did and they are perfect. the steamer has a small attachment which blasts the grout seams but you still need to pick up the dirty water and dry each time you clean or your just fighting it over and over.

Answer:	This would seem to be better asked directly to the manufacturer. My first guess is that steam would not be good for leather, but some of this is just common sense. I assume there is also a user manual?

Answer:	Absolutely not. It is Italian made and the company is well established with a good track record. I've owned my unit for several years. It works great. FYI, the heating element is replaceable and has a lifetime warranty. If you use distilled water you won't have to descale the tank. I honestly suspect I will be passing this device on to a family member as part of their inheritance.

Answer:	It is a 3.0 and you do not have to use the charger to charge the batteries, you can use any USB port we provide the charger for convenience. The batteries have indicator lights on them and when they are charging those lights will be red and when fully charged they will turn blue.

Answer:	Yes. The only way to get rid of bed bugs is steam treatment. Steam kills bud bugs and larvae on contact. To kill them, they need over 200 degrees or higher of heat

Question:	How well does it take wallpaper off
Answer:	It has done a good job of softening the wallpaper, so it can be easily scraped off of the wall. It is still a messy, laborious process, but the steamer does help, and works quickly.
Question:	What is the difference between this and the McColloch M-1275 in terms of attachments and steam pressure
Answer:	I have bought the mccollough brand brushes for the Wagner and they fit fine. That is the only part that I know for sure is interchangeable.
Question:	can I steam clothing
Answer:	Hi,Believe it or not, I have done it. Doesn't mention anything about clothes but it's steam and I have done it many times. This is a great price they have it for now. It has dropped 15.00 since last week.
Question:	How long does it take to heat up enough to use
Answer:	It takes about 10-15mins to heat up. You can use it thereafter up until you run out of water. It is highly recommended to use distilled water. Personally, I find the distilled water does not come to highest heat, therefore steam is not optimum. I seem to get a lot more water spitting out than steam using distilled water. Although distilled supposedly extends the life of the eating element and/or reservoir.

Answer:	I have the same problem. At first unplugging it and letting it rest for awhile then plugging it back I worked but now nothing I do seems to correct the problem. Surely it must be possible to replace the controller. But how?

Answer:	It's tablet stand so it will take a book. It is too small for my Laptop, a Dell Latitude 14" . I am waiting for a lapdesk. This one is a table stand.

Answer:	I want to clarify the official answer, as I did not understand it clearly when buying (I don't think it was intentional on their part but anyway...). You cannot adjust the angle FROM 26 to 30, you can adjust it to be EITHER 26 or 30. In other words, it only works at two specific angles. The actual wording they use can be interpreted as the second meaning but it can also be interpreted as adjustable in a range from 26 to 30, which isn't true.

Answer:	the 2 pads together cover the entire bottom base underneath; whatever the dimensions are for the base

Answer:	it is very lightweight, and practically moves itself....I would say 10 lbs? maybe less....very easy to lift, but no lifting really required, you can lay it on its side to put the pads on

Answer:	This is not a steam mop. If warm solution is added to tank, it may clean better. 🤷‍♂️ I have used mine for about 6 months.... so far, so good.

Question:	Do i need replacement pads
Answer:	It comes with 2 microfiber pads for steam mopping that are washable. If you feel you need more than that, I would order additional pads.
Question:	Can you buy replacement brushes
Answer:	The brushes it comes with are pretty good. When you clean them all off the bristles come back to sturdy form. I don't understand why anyone has an issue. If the brushes fail you contact pure enrichment on their site and they send free replacements . There's a 4 years warranty I believe. I'd have to double check i know if I registered it right away they gave me extra years on the warranty. Anyway I just show them a pic of whatever the problem is and they send free parts. I haven't needed to replace the brushes yet and I abuse this thing.
Question:	Is there a continuous steam button or do you have to hold down a trigger for the steam to work
Answer:	Yea there is right in the trigger handle. A White locking button will lock steam on or off
Question:	Has anyone tried to clean moldy shower grout with it> If so, what kind of results did you have
Answer:	We live in an older 1959 built home. Our bathrooms have the original tiles and grout. This steamer does an excellent job to get rid of the mold spores that darken the caulk around the tub and grout in the shower. I have used this steamer to clean even under the toilet bowl rim and it looks new and clean as a whistle! I love this steamer and bought one for my daughter for her birthday, she loves hers as well.
