Answer:	I have gotten wrinkles out of my suit using this product but please read your clothing label first. Some materials can not take the heat.

Answer:	It didn’t do well cleaning my bathtub and sink. I had better luck and spent less time and energy using a mixture of baking soda and bleach for the mold around the tub. Used vinegar to clean the sink. I wouldn’t recommend this product for bathroom.

Answer:	At 3 bar pressure this device offer the steam temperature at 289.4 F It depends of the distance between the nosle and the cleaning surface. How close you get how hoter the steam will be but max 289.4F Boiling water steam without pressure is always 212F and never less.

Answer:	We have tested it on carpet spots of several sizes, types, and ages. For any stain that's same-day, it'll clean it out really well, way better than any spot cleaning solution will. For spots that are a few days old, it will do pretty well, but you may have a slight tinge left over and/or you may have to go over the spot a few times. For older stains, you'll probably be left with some staining even after a few go-overs, but it will look much better than it did before. It can even make a very noticeable difference on stains that are several years old.The caveats - it's a small cleaner, so cleaning anything larger than a fist-sized spot is going to take a pretty long time (15-30 mins+ for each go-over, depending on how deep the stain is), and it can end up cleaning a spot so well that it becomes cleaner than the surrounding area, which would required a larger floor steam cleaner to even everything out.But yes, if your carpet is at risk for small stains, and you're good with breaking this out same day, then absolutely this will take most spots out of carpets.

Answer:	Sorry if we fooled you with the colors! The brushes are all the same material (aside from the optional brass brush) but the color difference is for keeping them apart which gives you the option to use one color in one area. So you could for instance use only the red brush in your bathroom and the green brush in your kitchen.

Answer:	this one has only 43 psi, McCullough 58 psi, having said that temp on this one is higher at 293C vs 200C. Boiler n this one is steel, Muc's is copper.

Answer:	Nothing at all just water. But if you want to clean it the instruction video stated that you can soak it over night with part white vinegar and water. But you should read and watch the instructions first!

Question:	How well does it take wallpaper off
Answer:	It has done a good job of softening the wallpaper, so it can be easily scraped off of the wall. It is still a messy, laborious process, but the steamer does help, and works quickly.

Answer:	I have bought the mccollough brand brushes for the Wagner and they fit fine. That is the only part that I know for sure is interchangeable.

Answer:	It takes about 10-15mins to heat up. You can use it thereafter up until you run out of water. It is highly recommended to use distilled water. Personally, I find the distilled water does not come to highest heat, therefore steam is not optimum. I seem to get a lot more water spitting out than steam using distilled water. Although distilled supposedly extends the life of the eating element and/or reservoir.

Question:	Is the carpet supposed to be completely clean when the water is completely clear
Answer:	If you are sucking up clear water, yes the area you are cleaning should be clean. However I let mine dry, pretreated it again and went back over it to make sure and the penetrate deeper. It seemed to work. My carpet had an older set in pet stain that I didn't find right away.
Question:	does it pick up pet urine
Answer:	You need an enzyme cleaner to completely break down pet urine. Especially for cats. If you don’t remove all of the urine, it will eventually start to smell again and could cause the pet to pee there in the future.
Question:	what is the total weight and motor capacity
Answer:	The thing weighs about 12 pounds. I don't know what you mean by motor capacity, but if you go over the same area too many times it'll pull the carpet fibers up. My office was a mess. I had Stanley steamer come in a year or so ago and they did an okay job. This thing was 99 bucks and in 20 minutes did a fantastic job. I have white carpets that were gray and now their white again.

Answer:	While it comes with a smaller bottle (for one use), I ended up buying an oxy product specifically for pet urine and reshampooed the carpet. After drying, is now smells fresh.

Answer:	Never had bed bugs but it certainly killed fleas in my house. I would say yes, the steam is hot enough to kill anything like a bed bug. You have to give the machine proper time to warm up and using distilled water is the key to making sure the unit doesn't have problems and holds up for a long time.
Question:	Does it clean carpets
Answer:	Have not used it to clean the full carpet but have used for spot and used it to removed large area of wax. I will be using it to clean a small bedroom carpet and seats in my car.
Question:	Does this unit have a low water warning light or shutoff
Answer:	When the water gets too low, it ceases to hold pressure high enough to create steam. The indication on the pressure light gets lower (below 2), but you will also notice that the sound has changed. It is obvious when more water is needed.
Question:	What is the difference between the 1375 and the 1275? Thanks
Answer:	1375 - 90 mins of steam and 20 accessories, 1275 - 45mins of steam and 18 accessories. Biggest difference is the 1275 has no variable control on the steam pressure output to the hand nozzle, where the 1375 has a variable control to adjust the steam pressure depending on cleaning job you are tackling.

How to Use this Steam Cleaner?

Step 1: Open the safety valve counterclockwise.

Step 2: Use the accessory measuring cup to take out pure water (with a funnel) not exceeding 300ML, and pour the water into the boiler of the machine.

Step 3: Tighten the safety helmet, and replace with a suitable spray head according to cleaning needs.

Step 4: Turn on the power, the red light is on and mini steam cleaner is heating.

Step 5: When the LED changes from red to green, you can use the cleaning steamer cleaner after driving the safety lock.

Tips:

✔✔Due to the high temperature and pressure inside the water tank, The vapor steam cleaner is forbidden to add detergent. For quick cleaning, spray the detergent on the stain to soften steam cleaner .

✔✔The capacity of the container is 300ML, don't add excessive water, leave a certain space to ensure normal use.
