Answer:	I use the Steamer for bathtub/ shower it really works well for me.

Answer:	It has a 23 inch flexible hose, a 7 inch concentrator nozzle, a surface/garment pad-shaped attachement with removable microfiber cover, a wire bristle round brush, a round detail brush, a right-angle nozzle, a measuring cup, and a fairly uselesscloth bag for accessories. It has a nice long cord though and the steam lasts a resonable length of time. I'm very happy with it.
Question:	can you clean baseboards? how far does residue you have sprayed go
Answer:	As it is a steamer it doesn't really "spray"... It creates a cloud of steam. That being said I think you could use it to clean baseboards with the included microfiber cloth cover. I have used the microfiber cover to clean walls and it works great for that!
Question:	If I tilt it down at an angle (w/no attachments or with the concentrator nozzle) it stops producing steam in a few seconds. Is this typical

Answer:	It didn’t do well cleaning my bathtub and sink. I had better luck and spent less time and energy using a mixture of baking soda and bleach for the mold around the tub. Used vinegar to clean the sink. I wouldn’t recommend this product for bathroom.

Question:	Has anyone tried this to spot clean carpet
Answer:	We have tested it on carpet spots of several sizes, types, and ages. For any stain that's same-day, it'll clean it out really well, way better than any spot cleaning solution will. For spots that are a few days old, it will do pretty well, but you may have a slight tinge left over and/or you may have to go over the spot a few times. For older stains, you'll probably be left with some staining even after a few go-overs, but it will look much better than it did before. It can even make a very noticeable difference on stains that are several years old.The caveats - it's a small cleaner, so cleaning anything larger than a fist-sized spot is going to take a pretty long time (15-30 mins+ for each go-over, depending on how deep the stain is), and it can end up cleaning a spot so well that it becomes cleaner than the surrounding area, which would required a larger floor steam cleaner to even everything out.But yes, if your carpet is at risk for small stains, and you're good with breaking this out same day, then absolutely this will take most spots out of carpets.

The brushes are all the same material (aside from the optional brass brush) but the color difference is for keeping them apart which gives you the option to use one color in one area. So you could for instance use only the red brush in your bathroom and the green brush in your kitchen.

Answer:	Thou I haven’t tried it myself I would say def would be able to use on a mattress. I used it to disinfect my sofas. Just make sure you are constantly moving and do not keep in one spot for too long to avoid any wet spots and getting your mattress or sofa too wet. Use the attachment and should do the trick.
Question:	What is the difference between this and the white one listed on Bissells website
Answer:	This one is yellow and black and not blue and white to indicate it is for more serious use! But, as far as I can tell there are two real differences: this comes with two of the heavy duty pads instead of one heavy duty and one regular, and it comes with more tools. In reality, many people will never use the extra tools, and you can buy more pads pretty easily (I bought a pack of 3 heavy duty ones, so I always have a clean one). So in the end, do you want one that matches your kitchen decor or one that fits better in your garage?

Answer:	Zero power and pressure:( I was very disappointed with my purchase. I tried the floor mop once and very little pressure or steam worked. Answer:	No they don't. They are too large for the head. The adhesive strips fit in the wrong locations to hold the pad on the steamer. Very disappointing since there doesn't appear to be another option.

Answer:	Thank you for asking...You should always read your manufacturers instructions first. Certain laminates are of different quality, but using steam can damage the floor nonetheless if you do not do it properly. I keep the steampad no longer than 3 to 5 seconds at a time on the area that I'm working with. If you have a stubborn stain, it would be wise to scrub it out by hand first, then run over with the steamer.

Answer:	I believe the rectangular floor tool covered with microfiber would be better and would work well. It's thin and lightweight and has a fully articulating head which I think would be better for reaching overhead. This model produces a dryer steam at a higher pressure than most models which seems preferable on ceilings, since they're often painted with a very flat finish ceiling paint which offers no protection from moisture to the drywall.

Answer:	Although you might use PineSol, you don't (probably) want to use Dawn... You would have suds for quite a while. These machines work by heating under pressure, so while "normal" water would boil at 212F, in a pressurized boiler, the water in this unit is heated to over 300 degrees. Then it is propelled out where the molecules expand until the temp. drops to the boiling point in the air (212F) where it evaporates or condenses (becoming steam or water). As the temperature decreases to the boiling point, those bubbles are going to increase exponentially. I've never tried this personally, as I wouldn't risk destroying my machine or my floors, but the science says you'd not only have bubbles from the tank of water you intended to make soapy but probably for several tanks after that as ridding the unit of all the Dawn would take more water than a single tank. Several sites, like Autopia.com, discuss the best use of steam cleaners generally and this machine specifically (most of these sites are moderated by people who own detailing shops or other commercial applications). The consensus is that they do NOT recommend using ANY detergent that is run through the machine even though the manufacturers say you can. I'm sure you do need to be careful about what you put in the boiler as the heating element in this unit is really not replaceable without removing the entire boiler unit. While the boiler is covered under warranty, I don't know if that also covers the heating element.

Question:	The primary reason for my buying this machine is to clean the grout in my tile floors. How well does it do that
Answer:	That is why l purchased it. For the same amount or less you can have them professionaly cleaned and sealed, I did and they are perfect. the steamer has a small attachment which blasts the grout seams but you still need to pick up the dirty water and dry each time you clean or your just fighting it over and over.

Answer:	This would seem to be better asked directly to the manufacturer. My first guess is that steam would not be good for leather, but some of this is just common sense. I assume there is also a user manual?

Answer:	Absolutely not. It is Italian made and the company is well established with a good track record. I've owned my unit for several years. It works great. FYI, the heating element is replaceable and has a lifetime warranty. If you use distilled water you won't have to descale the tank. I honestly suspect I will be passing this device on to a family member as part of their inheritance.

The point of distilled water is to have water that is pre-evaporated so that it only contain particles that are small enough or vaporize early enough to go through the steamer without building up and blocking the ports.
