Answer:	If it is not overfull and you are keeping it vertical, then I'm guessing it is defective. I've never had that happen. In case this helps, I hang my clothes on the front of my closet so that the closet door acts as an ironing board. I start near the bottom of my garment, working in 3-4 inch sections in a downward motion, before moving up to a higher portion. I've been using it daily for 6 months and have had no issues with water sputtering out, but it did take some practice to always keep the steamer upright.

Answer:	You would probably have to pick it up, but yes. I would steam curtains from the back. Mine only lasted a year though. Replaced it with a Conair. Puts out much more steam.

Answer:	The steam gets extremely hot and could burn you quickly. You need to be very careful.
Question:	Is the height of the pole adjustable? If yes, what is the maximum height
Answer:	The height is adjustable. The maximum height of the spot where the hanger would hook is 5' 1" from the floor (this includes the base). Take into account that a normal hanger will reduce the height where the garment would hang by several inches. I use a separate hanging apparatus on the back of a door to hold clothes at a more comfortable height to work with. I wouldn't let the height deter you though it is a great buy.
Question:	Is there a water additive to make the clothes smell fragrent
Answer:	Use 1 teaspoon of fragrant liquid fabric softener in a gallon of distilled water. Make sure it's fully dissolved before using it.
Question:	does it tip over easy
Answer:	The product is sturdy; however, it is top heavy when both the steamer handle and clothing are hung with the steamer pole extended to the highest position. If you lower the pole setting and avoid the temptation of using it as a hanger, you won't find any issues with it tipping over. Keep in mind though that if it does tip over, the reservoir will fall out and leak some water on the floor.

Answer:	If you cook them longer, they are crispy. This one doesnt have the traditional time. You have to time it yourself

Answer:	Teflon is a trademark for PTFE. I am not sure if this coating is Teflon brand, but it definitely is PTFE or some other non-stick coating. Nothing sticks to it, after probably 100 waffles I have made on it.

Answer:	It was a total mess to clean and to use. It did not do what it claimed to do. We replaced it on Christmas Day and celebrated as it flew into the garbage can.

Answer:	If you want a good, reasonably-priced floor steamer, I would recommend a Shark. I've had one for a couple of years now, and I love it! I paid well less than $100 for it; though I don't remember exactly what I paid, I believe it was even less than $50 on sale at a local big box.
Question:	Can the steam flow be turn on and off
Answer:	I needed to crease napkins so i just laid them on the ironing board and “ironed” therm with the steamer. It worked perfectly. I imagine you would be able to do the same with your pants.
Question:	Can you use tap water
Answer:	Yes, I use a plastic hanger bc the wood can stain your clothing. There is a spot to hang next to where you hook the hose at the top. Love this steamer. Word of warning, do not leave water in it when not in use. After each use, I take the water bucket out and allow it to continue steaming until the water in the machine is gone. This prevents spores from growing and prolongs usage of steamer I believe.
Question:	Is it safe to store and use this on a carpeted surface
Answer:	As previously mentioned, the metal head acts heats up and can be used as a traditional iron, but for steaming it's bulky (large diameter) and too heavy to hold for any length of time. I exchanged the metal head for the plastic head

Answer:	Quoting what Jeff F just said. These razors are NOT ProGlides even though they advertised it as such. The insert inside the package is just an advertisement to TRY the ProGlide. The order i just received today are the original Fusion blades.
Question:	can this iron be used without water
Answer:	These are authentic Gilette blades. Many years ago I spoke to Gilette customer service and they told me how to verify if blades were authentic or knock offs. On the back of the plastic that holds the blade just under the piece that pivots there are code numbers, about 8 digits. Counter fitters do not have the ability to place these tiny code numbers onto the plastic, and in truth who actually knows about this. The blades sent from Amazon have these code numbers.
Question:	Can I download the instructions? I lost all that and can't remember what all the buttons mean
Answer:	I find it really hard to believe that people can shave their entire face 31 times with a single blade. But, that's not what Gillette claim. They say it lasts a month, but really they mean it lasts 8 to 10 shaves. For me, I would need to trim my beard before I shaved if I waited that long between uses. I would say that if you can grow a full beard 1 blade a week is what you can expect to get from these blades. That said, the one week works better than any other disposable blade on the market. Gillette will never sell you 1 blade for $1 as long as they still cost a nickle to make.

Question:	Would this work to steam clean an upholstered chair in a nursery that has seen its share of spit up/vomit
Answer:	A qualified yes. You need to test the material to see if Steam will damage it. I have seen complaints about how the machine squirts water when it starts. Yes it does a bit but what is Steam but hot water and the barrel holds a little bit of water that is not converted to steam not a big problem and as far as the scrubbing pads wearing out go to the store and get some scrunchies and steam through them or a towel. Good grief, it's only $25 and it will save you hundreds. You will need a good scrub brush and a towel to wipe up dirt with. it gets crap down in the corner and does very well on Grease and blows dirt out of hard 2 get areas like filters. It beats running to the store because you're out of cleaning chemicals and buying something that will go down the drain into a river or lake and kill 99 9 10% of the bacteria that live in them.
