Question:	Did I miss something in the add? I ordered an 84" and 48" rail with multiple accessories. BUT I did not receive any mounting hardware. Others
Answer:	Just an FYI. None of these cheaper bikes will give you true wattage. There is no power meter on them. You'd have to get something like the Spinning Chrono Power for real wattage. You can get a simple BT speed/cadence sensor and attach. Use something like wahoo on your phone. Add in a HR monitor and at least track your workouts better. Also depends what bike you get as that new Amazon Echelon bike doesn't appear to come with its own computer. Not a bad thing as most cheap computers on these bikes suck in general. I teach and have the Chrono power at my gym and love it. Ended up buying one used for $650. Check CL, FB and the like where you might find a commercial bike on the cheap.

Answer:	Outside measurement extends 7" and inside measures 6". Hope that helps
Question:	Can these hooks be used on concrete block walls
Answer:	The diameter of the screw holes, for all six of the hooks, is the same: 3/16". The threads of the screws (that you purchase separately) can be no larger than 3/16". You will also need to purchase concrete anchors, sized to fit the screws that you choose. You will also need a concrete drill bit and a drill that is specifically made for drilling concrete (it will have an impact, as well as traditional rotary action). Drilling into concrete with a regular drill, even with a concrete bit is slow going, at best. The impact action is really needed.

Question:	can you install this in a garage with metal studs
Answer:	The Hyloft web site offers instructions for "metal stud installation" and says it offers a kit, but when I contacted them they told me to purchase the parts from a hardware store. Not happy about that.
Question:	I have a truss roof spaced at 24# centers, will this work
Answer:	Yes. There is movement on the hangers. If you don't feel comfortable screw in a 2x4 between the studs to get the support. Just be sure to use several long screws to make it solid to handle the weight. Hope this helps.
Question:	Will it work with metal joists
Answer:	Hello - Yes it can work with metal joists, but different attaching hardware should be used. Consider using 5/16” diameter toggle fasteners in this instance. The bolt would be 5/16", which is typically how these are measured.
Question:	If my joists are 24" apart, does that mean the metal grids will overhang the support bars? At 45" by 45", it won't span to 48" to hit another joist
Answer:	That's correct. The vertical support bars would be installed on every joist, so there would be about a 10" overhang on each side. If you are installing multiple units, there will be about a 3" gap between each. What worked well for me with multiple units was to use two heavy duty metal straps (about 1" wide, 8" long, 1/8" thick) and bolt those between the gaps in the shelves (with one on top and the other on the bottom of the shelving). This was done toward the outside of the shelves (away from the wall). That made all the units act as one. Then use 3" right angle brackets and bolts/screws to attach the shelves to the wall. That made the whole thing incredibly solid (they will sway a bit otherwise).

Question:	Can Triton Durahooks be used on these Holeyrails
Answer:	Short answer - sorta. But it requires a small bit of work. I spent about $50 on a set of Durahooks, and was a little peeved when the screws that came with them were too small for the holes in the holeyrail. However, I noticed that the hole in the top of the Durahook matched the size of the hole in the Holeyrail...so I got to work. And a few dollars at Lowe's (the needed bolts are about 25 cents each, so not too much more money to spend).Long answer, with instructions:Tools:- 'Special' threaded bolt that came with your Holeyrail- Drill with 5/16" drill bit (or round file)- Socket wrench with socket to match bolts you purchase, and socket for bolt included with the Holeyrail- Pair of pliersSupplies:- 5/16" x 1/2" hex-head bolts (that's 5/16" wide, and 1/2" long)- DurahooksSteps:1. Using drill and 5/16" bit (or round file) slightly widen the screw hole in the Durahook. Just open it up enough for the bolt to slip easily through.I used a pair of pliers to hold the Durahook to keep it from twisting2. Using the socket wrench and the bolt included with the Holeyrail, START threading the bolt into your desired hole. Only go 1.5-2 revolutions. The goal isn't to completely thread the hole (unless the thread pattern on your purchased bolts match the included bolt). It's just to create enough of a grab for your purchased bolts to begin their threading. For me, my purchased bolts would not grab the smooth holes in the Holeyrail. The included bolt, with a little persistence, would work. So I used that one bolt to create "starter" threads.3. Back out the Holeyrail bolt, and then install your Durahook with your purchased bolt. It will take a small amount of elbow grease, at least until you get through the rail. I also recommend NOT overtightening. Given how easily the rail formed threads, I imagine it will be very easy to strip the threads in the Holeyrail.4. Rinse, Repeat.
Question:	Can you put one section one place and the other section in another place
Answer:	I have not put mine up yet, but there are two separate pieces and it would appear that you can place them at two separte spots.
Question:	Is this a 1/8 or 1/4 pegboard? I am confused. Thank you
Answer:	The holes in the pegboard strip are 1/4 inch. The peg hangers which fit and anchor in the holes are 1/8 inch in diameter. I have a few pegs which are 3/16 inch diameter. The 1/8 inch work best.
Question:	I didn't receive any mounting screws. What size do I need? (Don´t give me a hard time ... I've only recently begun doing "handy-woman" jobs
Answer:	If you are going through drywall use a 2'' drywall screw into the stud. This will give you about an inch through the Holerail and drywall and about an inch into the stud. I would not just go into the drywall, it will not hold. Studs are 16'' from center to center, Overlap the rail a couple of holes and screw into place at every stud.

Question:	I see in the instructions that they state to put a piece diagonally to support the work top. Was there a place in the leg to attach this piece
Answer:	Yes, the upper leg support accommodates the (3) pieces of wood . The left & right sides of the wood are screwed into the leg support and the diagonally placed 2 x 4 is just laid diagonally across (sits on the upper leg bracket).
Question:	Is there anyway to attach caster wheels to make this easier to move
Answer:	YES! In fact it is quite easy to do , "Adding Castors/Wheels", to this workbench. As sturdy as this bench is once built it is easy to flip on it's side or back. And in that position simply attach your wheels. Just make sure you purchase GOOD wheels! And with a good mounting system. I at first tried to save a buck and bought some really cheap wheels from Amazon. Thought the wheels were rated at 500Lbs. That must have been a one time use rating! I then found a deal on Amazon for "Locking, Two inch dia., Polypropylene wheels with metal frames", Rated for 1000 Lbs. and they worked great. "STAY away from any plastic wheels regardless of the ratings!" The catch is the mounting system for the wheels. Most either have four holes you can place screws into OR a single steel 'Round", post with a metal "O-ring" to lock it in place. The latter you can order a larger plate that will attach to the bottom of the bench that the post slides up into. These worked for me. The one's with the four screws? Even with longer screws than recommended, -"4 x #8, 3-1/2" inch long, metal deck screws" they failed repeatedly. The bench weighs allot by itself and the four screws literally tore though the bottom of the bench! The wheels with a 3/8" inch metal center post worked with the mounting plates I made from heavy steel angle, "L-Brackets from the hardware store", with the 3/8" inch hole that I drilled in them for the post. With four 1" screws into the bottom but also two into the side. So that they were held both vertically and horizontally. Good luck!
Question:	Are the shelf supports included with this kit the same size as the 90124 Shelf Link units ( which accept 4- 2x4 in width) sold separately? From the pictures it looks like the ones with this bench kit are using 3 - 2x4, or one narrower
Answer:	I ordered the bench kit (90164) and the shelf link kit (90124). I did not use the shelf kit supplied with the bench kit on the bench itself. I combined them with the shelf link kit to make more shelves. They are exactly the same parts. I hope this helps.
Question:	Can someone give me a general estimated idea of the cost to assemble this assuming a table top size of around 5'x2' or
Answer:	I used sanded 3/4” sheets of plywood with a double layer on top plus all the 2x4’s and upgraded hardware. I spent an additional $450 to build mine.

Answer:	My only suggestion would be (to hit the studs) at 48 inches apart instead of of the 32 inches recommended.

Question:	I have a metal building. How will it install on metal
Answer:	No clue. You would need to use your own fasteners as these are made specifically for wallboard or solid wood/cement. They provide different anchors for those two types, but they wouldn't work for metal.
Question:	Could I just screw these into a 2 x 4 and then mount it into the studs ? Would they still be strong enough
Answer:	Yes! Although if you screw the ones with the long legs into a 2x4 and want to put something really heavy on it/them, then it might not be the best. Not because the hooks are not strong enough, but because structurally you want the whole length and width of the hook to be against something. Hope this helps.

Answer:	I didn't know for certain but I doubt it is made in the USA. Regardless, it is well constructed and well worth the price. I now have 3 of them for storing miscellaneous supplies and materials in my woodworking shop and I haven't found any competitive product that is better or less costly. The bins are heavy duty, the cabinet is also well made. I have no complaints but you have to read and understand the instructions or you might become frustrated - can't blame that on the product.
