Answer:	The packaging details did not specify whether the lavender scent was natural or synthetic. I can, however, tell you that both my husband & I have severe allergy & sinus problems but we were not affected by the lavender scent. It is very subtle & not over powering.

Honestly, my windows have been shut with the air on so if all my windows were open to air out the room, it prob wouldn't be such a strong smell.

Answer:	I bought 2 of them. Installation was easy as you may know. I kept the same wire attachment as what was the original. Large face up, with the back to you, red stripped wire I attached to the left hand lung, solid white wire to the right hand lug. I did not read the instructions, so I can't say why yours is blinking green. Both of mine are sold green. Does yours work the garage door? If so, you're good.

Answer:	No, it isn't. It comes with the wooden mount and a box of hooks and screws. It is VERY easy to put together. The holes for the screws are on the mount. All you need is a phillips head screw driver.

Answer:	Thanks for your question! The anchor size is 5/16 which means technically for the pilot holes you should use a 5/16 drill bit. But, that means if you drill slightly too big though, the anchor wont be tight enough. I would start with a slightly smaller bit (like a 9/32 or 19/64) and then tap in the anchor with a hammer to ensure a tight fit. Thanks, Nick
