Answer:	I made sure mine was hung on a stud and used a large nail to hang it. The mirror did come with a hanging kit and anchors but it is heavy and large.

Question:	Do I need a drill to install this
Answer:	I didn't need a drill and used just a screw driver.
Question:	Could you hook backpacks on each of the hooks? Looking to get these at our community (youth) center, but want to make sure they'll be rugged enough
Answer:	In my opinion, no, you could not hang multiple backpacks from Umbra Sticks wall-mount rack. These seem to be intended for lightweight use only. I am somewhat nervous hanging my long wool winter coat from the "stick" for fear it will snap off. I would search for something made of metal if you are looking to hang multiple heavy items. Question:	Would the hooks be appropriate for hanging keys as well
Answer:	Hello and thank you for your enquiry. This set of hooks is designed to take a greater weight and stick hooks are quite thick and a standard key ring of 25mm diameter does not fit but the larger ring sizes do. Question:	What is the weight you can use on each hook? Will heavy coats be a problem
Answer:	I bought this 2 years ago and mounted it to wallboard with a good fastener. We use it every day to hang mostly coats and jackets. It finally broke last night when we hung several winter coats and a couple of jackets. The two holes in the back are two metal strips each with a hole. This strips are then attached to the back of the hanger each with two small screws. In this case the failure occured when the small screws pulled out of the back of the hanger on one side. I don't think it can be fixed. I know, I probably put too much weight on it but it was much less than 20 pounds. I'd guess somewhere around 15 pounds. To reiterate, The connection to the wall did not fail, the hanger itself failed.
