Answer:	I wasn't super impressed with the adhesive on these hooks, it really needs a smooth clean surface, I used them on painted wall and they fell after I cleaned wall and followed all directions...I would recommend a permanent outdoor adhesive tape to use these hooks, otherwise the hooks themselves are great.
