Answer:	I am not going to attempt to make that sort of claim because I am sure as with most products it will work differently on different people. But what I can do is tell you MY story. I have been getting "circle braids" for a few years now. My hair is long and thick. When my stylist braids my hair, the first row is really tight and right on my hairline. I had noticed that the hair on my left hairline was getting thin, and told her, but she didn't think it was a problem. It was because a few months later I had BALD spots in that same area. She was skeptical because I had been getting the braids for so long with no problem, but you CANNOT pull on your hairline that long without consequences. So we BOTH found out the hard way. So, instead of not getting my hair braided again, (which I love), I had her start the braids WAY BACK away from my hairline. I used Tropic Isle on my hairline regularly, and I am happy to report my hairline is back to normal! I had to be patient, it took a few months, but it's back! Question:	How does this tree hold together or do I have something missing I recieved the metal stand and top and bottom section
Answer:	It's very nylon-ish! I suppose it could be monogrammmed, I have four LL Bean bags that seem to be the same type of fabric and I had those monogrammed and they look great.
