But sometimes they do not fit correctly so you have to push them in an hold them with maybe some type of masking tape and they they should stay in place an work ok. If not check your model to see if it is in the list of supported models.

Answer:	To answer your question because I am a previous owner of this product I do not in anyway represent the company that makes this product or sells the product but I no longer own the product, printer and machines that went with this product. Mine worked just fine on several refills that I had made on it. I watched a YouTube video of how to do it and that walked me through the steps every time I replaced the inK. I am not sure which printer you have and I do not even have a mine to walk you through the steps of how to do it. I would research YouTube for this particular item on how to use it and reset the computer in the printer.
