It's been 2 months and 6 large quilts remain at the bottom of my linen closet sealed perfectly tight. These quilts are large and heavy and I might have squeezed two in that closet but, due to this amazingly great bag I have all of them in there and it's neat as a pin!!! I'm ordering the smaller size as I want to see how they works for traveling, I'm impressed!!!!!

Answer:	I put 6 large blankets into one bag! They were a mix of full size blankets that would go over a full size bed as well as a few couch blankets. It holds a lot but you don't want to make it too heavy.

Answer:	It is simply designed to use the plunger to pull the air instead of push it. When inflating something air is sucked into the tub and then pushed out. To deflate something the air coming into the tube is taken from the item and pushed back into the atmosphere. Exactly how this is put together, I don't know. But it would be a simple matter of taking one apart to see.

Answer:	Hi, yes, the jumbo plus size bag is large enough to hold your 42'' round clock 6'' thick. But if your clock has any sharp edges, I' afraid it might poke the bags broken. So please be careful about it.

4-STEP Vacuum Bag Practice

Fistly, open up the bag on a flat surface & undo the zippers. Fold the items and put them inside the bag carefully.

Do not overfill the bag, make sure there is an inch spare from the edges of the clothes and zipper closure. When you remove the air, this inch of space will seal together & improve the vacuum.

Then, use the zip clip to zip along the dual-zip. Go back over the zips to make sure they are fully sealed without tiny section missed.

When ready, undo the valve lid and then place the vacuum cleaner nozzle or hose /hand pump on the bag valve port.

After vacuuming finished, secure the valve lid, and store the bag.

Vacuum Storage Bag Tips

Dry all items before storing.

Do not overpack, use multiple bags instead.

Double check the zip to make sure it is fully closed.

Do not remove or try to force the valve open.

Vacuum sealing is not recommended for natural fibers and leather items.

Answer:	No. It's pretty simple. Pack the bag as flat as you can, then roll the air out. There is a valve at the end of the bag. I would never travel without these again.

Answer:	Yes, there are one-way valves at the closed end of the bag. As described in the package instructions, once the bag is zip closed, you roll the bag to squeeze the air out of the closed end. I believe this is ideal for travelers who want to save space in their suitcases. As far as storing bulky items (e.g. sweaters, t-shirts) at home, I did find there was some leakage of air after one week. I don't see this as a deal breaker because you can still store your items in a sanitary, sealed manner.

Question:	Will the Dyson vacuum cleaner work for sealing
Answer:	Hi, travel bags don't need a pump or a vacuum cleaner to vacuum air out. What you need to do is just roll the bag from the zipper to the bottom. And the air wil be out from the bottom of the bag.
Question:	If the bag gets a hole (cat bit it) is there a way to seal it? Packing Tape
Answer:	I haven’t had any damage to the plastic with regards to the zippers. All materials appear to work very well together.
Question:	Are these waterproof when submerged
Answer:	That depends on the clothes. The items I take when traveling either don’t wrinkle easily or, if they do, the wrinkles disappear after we arrive at the hotel and unpack. We wouldn’t use compression bags for things that need ironing before wearing.
Question:	Is the bottom of the bag gussetted
Answer:	I found that I didn't need a vacuum, mainly because the cheap, flimsy zipper(s) broke Super easily, no matter how careful I was, and wouldn't go back on the bag(s). So mine didn't vacuum close anyway. But they do save some save and compress clothing, esp a heavy down coat, anyway.

Question:	How bad are the wrinkles
Answer:	The jumbo bag could easily hold a king sized comforter, as it's pretty huge. I comfortably hit a single sized comforter in the large bag, and could probably squeeze a single sized comforter in the medium bag. Other than that the sizes for each bag are listed in inches, so estimate how large the mass of the stuff your packing and get a bag size that fits. When sealed/vacuumed the contents shrinks pretty considerably. The folded single sized comforter was prob 2-3 inches thick after pulling all the air out.
Question:	Do they protect against bed bugs
Answer:	Not sure as I've not used them for that. Keep in mind that it really should work very well to squish those pillows down to a manageable storage size. It's memory foam, it will re-inflate itself. I've ordered memory foam items that come in the smallest packaging to about 1/4 of the size of the product, once we open the plastic around it, the item starts to expand.
Question:	Are these really effective for a long period of time
Answer:	I had 4 of these bags in my black leather cartop carrier, on top of my car, in summer in Las Vegas - the ultimate test. They worked great! No melting or other issues.
Question:	Do these deflate over time
Answer:	The medium is 28 X 20 inches, the large is 32 X 24 inches, and the Jumbo is 40 X 30 inches. Hope that helps.
