Answer:	Yes, I believe it will be easy for you to take apart. The tubes are in plastic corner holders, so you just pull the tubes back out to disassemble. I’ve removed the tubes because I’ve messed up or wanted it split into two half size racks. So you should be fine.

Answer:	My order came with directions but honestly you’re just connecting one short bar to the two long bars, then sliding on the “shelf” and placing the other short bar on and stacking them. I actually had a few bars left over.

Answer:	It’s very easy to assemble. A few screws, that was it. I’m not that mechanically inclined and did it. I would assume adding 3 more would be pretty easy too, just a little more awkward cuz you couldn’t flip/flop it as easy to put screws in, but I only used 3 levels.
