Answer:	I have never really noticed any marks. I have put some very expensive suede and leather boots on the rack and have not had a problem. My one suggestion would be to put tissue paper in between the boot and the clip if you are worried. It is not something I do but just in case.

Question:	Silly question. but how do you get the boots off of the hooks? from the photos, it looks like you push them off to fall into the back of the closet
Answer:	I just grab the heel, tip and pull gently. I sometimes may also hold the top to keep the boot more level for the second boot removal. As you remove the boot(s) the angle of the plastic sleeve changes slightly. I've never had a boot fall into the closet.
Question:	How high must the closet rod be from the floor for the 5 pair boot rack
Answer:	Our 5-pair boot rack is specifically designed to fit in the most common of closet configuration where there is generally at least 5 feet 4 inches of space below the closet rod. If your closet has a garment rod that's high enough to hang long dresses than you can almost certainly fit 5 and maybe even 6 pairs of boots below that rod.It's also worth noting that the modular design of our boot racks will allow you to use them no matter the height of the rod because if it turns out that you don't have quite enough space below the rod to hang the entire rack in one column, you can just take the parts that don't fit and use them to begin another column of boots next to the first.(Also, please feel free to refer to the chart mentioned in the previous answer. Question:	Is the top hook, or the rest of it for that matter, strong enough to hold mens cowboy boots, which are generally heavier than the boots shown here

Additionally, the customer service of this company is outstanding! So if you had any issues at all I am sure they would resolve them quickly!

While I was developing it, I spent a lot of time testing different designs on various floor types, to make sure it would be very stable in all of the scenarios where it was likely to be used. Question:	will this work for 5 pairs of ski boots
Answer:	I think technically, yes, however I think they'll be too heavy and won't hang well. The heavier the boot, the more they sag. I have a very heavy pair of Sorel boots and they only hang well on the bottom. Overall, I dont think it would execute well for ski boots.

Question:	Can i hang over a door
Answer:	No, the hooks are round and it's much too wide
Question:	Is there a problem of boots slipping off the hangers or hangers making a mark on leather or suede boots
Answer:	So far, no problem at all with slippage (the hangers have rubber or some material grip in the part that touches the boots). Have not seen any markings or indents on my boots. I love this system. My problem is that all my boots don't fit on it and my closet is not big enough for 2!!

Answer:	The information about the item states 25.25” for height. But I guess it would depend on how many tiers you order.

Answer:	Yes, the dimensions are given for the 3 shelf shoe rack. Height 19" - Length 27" and width 11" Shelves can be spaced differently because of a series of holes in the frame work.
Question:	how easy and quickly can you put together? Also, if i combine 3 levels with another to make 6 how easy is it
Answer:	It’s very easy to assemble. A few screws, that was it. I’m not that mechanically inclined and did it. I would assume adding 3 more would be pretty easy too, just a little more awkward cuz you couldn’t flip/flop it as easy to put screws in, but I only used 3 levels.
Question:	I purchased this and there were no screws to assemble it. Instead or returning could you send screws
Answer:	The screws were screwed into the ends. You have to unscrew them, assemble it and screw them back in. Super easy.
